  The young man behind the counter gave my sub to the patron before me. Noticed his mistake and then asked the woman mopping the floors to retreive the sub from the patron that already left the restaurant. She got the sub from the man and sets it on the counter. I said" can you please remake that because I am not purchasing that sub. A person mopping the floor shouldnt be touching food before washing their hands." The short female behind the counter responds "you dont need to get smart," I said Im not, Im just saying I will not be purchasing that sub, its unsanitary for someone mopping floors to touch food and another person left the restaurant with the sub." She goes on and on. Increasingly adding more attitude. Im kind, but I dont tolerate foolishness, from people who are young enough be be my child. The female with the dark lip liner should be evaluated by management: she lacks professionalism and customer service skills. That behavior towards a customer is ridiculous: especially when the mistake was made on your end. Food given to another party should be remade- end of story. . Food that has left the building with another patron should not be served-ever. Individuals mopping floors should not touch food with out washing their hands-it unhygienic and disgusting. And more than all of it, the poor attitude was unnecessary. ICING ON THE CAKE WAS THE GIRL, WITH THE ATTITUDE, TOOK THE SUB, OPENED IT ON THE FOOD PREPARATION TABLE! AFTER ITS BEEN IN MULTIPLE UNCLEAN/UNGLOVED HANDS. AFTER SEEING THIS, I REALIZED NO ONE WORKING THIS DAY UNDERSTANDS SAFE FOOD PREPARATION. INCLUDING THE WOMAN MOPPING (WHO SAID SHE WAS THE ASSISTANT OR SHIFT MANAGER! ****THE ENTIRE PREP TABLE WAS CONTAMINATED WHEN SHE PLACED THAT SUB ON IT! *** I SAID CANCEL MY ORDER. THE WOMAN MOPPING THE FLOOR ASKED WHAT HAPPENED AND I EXPLAINED ALL OF THE ABOVE, SHE AGREED MISTAKES WERE MADE! I left with out my daughters sub. I hope by writing this the owner is able to address the workers so they may all handle situations like this SAFER AND MORE MATURELY in the future. This occurred 3:45 pm Monday 5/24/26

  By far our favorite subway. Clean friendly staff just enjoyable being here. Came here on 4.11.26 with my son after his soccer game and it's just a really good atmosphere.

  The place was super clean food was good and the staff were very nice was not busy went in with no wait

  It's definitely the best subway I've been to. The food was good, and the employees were actually nice, which is rare, honestly. Oh, and definitely the nicest subway interior I've seen. There's a TV and a fireplace even with a couch

  We just stopped into this location for the first time and had such a pleasant experience! Liz was very friendly and funny and our subs are delicious! Will be returning here for sure!
