  have not been here in 2 years and this place is an absolute travesty from what it use to be…they have a fraction of the stalls that they once had and the stalls do not work and the drive-thru did not work either…hate to see it.

  Went to Sonic, Upon arrival I was death stared by an employee and made rude gestures at as I entered the tight drive-thru. The drive-thru worker threw stones at my car. The menu was not illuminated in any manner and I was told to “Order Quicker” by whomever was on the drive-thru speaker. I ordered my food and pulled around to the window. There was a deceased animal laying squashed in the middle of the lane. The employee took my payment and laughed as my card declined, eventually it went through and my payment was complete and slammed the window so hard it made me shiver. I recieved my food which were mozzarella sticks. Upon opening the bag, they were cold and tasted stale. I will not be returning, this company’s standards are not fulfilled at this location and I felt discriminated against for simply trying to be a good patron to this corporate chain. Please do better sonic.

  Totally wrong order. They served the ice cream first, then messed up the order. Waited and waited and then another employee came and asked what i was waiting on. I said kids meal grilled cheese. Finally got the right order after 15 minutes, and i now have milk shakes instead on sonic blasts. Got back to hotel and the "grilled" cheese was microwaved and not grilled. Unsat across the board.

  Got served the wrong drink two times within the same visit. Staff was unaccommodating, did not offer a refund, and would not add the missing ingredients to my drink (had to pay for a new one). The waitress came out to "answer questions" which just turned into rudely blaming us. Large hot dog arrived with chili spilled all over the container and fries were somehow cool by the time we got them. On our third order we never received the food or drink and the waitress didn't come to our car for over 15 minutes (place was empty) so we left. We've been coming here almost every month but can't recommend it with the current staff and policies on simple drink fixes. What should've been an easy $13 order somehow became $20 with headaches after we were told we had to order new drinks if we wanted it as we described. They admitted to us that the "Limeade" is really just Sprite with a spray of lime juice and a small slice of lime thrown inside the cup. Had to pay about $4 for that rip off of a drink...

  I ordered online 3 Breakfast burritos because I really missed the food and the picante sauces. I specifically noted that if possible I would be willing to pay for extra because the site only let's you add 1. I requested more and the driver dropped off my food without any sauces at all. Are....you....kidding.. me smfh ill never order from this place again.
