  I love Pizza Hut but this location always messed up my order. And when I’ve brought it up, they refuse to acknowledge or fix anything.

  Went into Pizza Hut today was greeted by the manager, a very nice gentleman and one of the workers, they were both very helpful and had both my orders done very quickly! Thanks guys!!

  This is what a terrible pizza looks like. I ordered through the Pizza Hut app for takeout and paid extra to add a pesto drizzle to one of my pizzas. When I received my order, they had completely forgotten to add it. Mistakes happen, so I politely pointed it out. The employee who originally made the pizza was respectful and willing to fix it. Unfortunately, the employee who took over handled the situation in the most unprofessional way possible. Instead of adding a normal drizzle of pesto, he deliberately dumped an excessive amount all over the pizza, completely soaking it. It honestly looked like he did it out of spite. I wish I had taken a picture of his expression because he even had a smirk on his face while doing it. Just look at the picture—does that honestly look like a normal pesto drizzle? The pizza was absolutely drenched, and it completely ruined the taste. I ended up with a pizza that was inedible. I've never had such a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. It's not the mistake that upset me it's the rude attitude and the intentional way my food was ruined after I politely asked for it to be corrected and it was also not free I paid for it. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I definitely won't be returning to this location.
