  Wish I could give 0 Stars Ok The big girl was screaming at the top of her Lungs while making my food the other Night. Please Train your employees. She has black hair and piercing’s Consequences for actions. Food was Ok. Atmosphere was Ok. Get New Employees.

  It be a great place if the portion sizes for the food was enough, sometimes its fine and sometimes it's barely anything. They put the cup full of ice, ALWAYS ASK NO ICE!! In the back I'll see one or two employees while the one manager sits at the table. The employees always talk so loudly past 2 pm and one of them complains about men and some of the customers, it's not nice. She's big with brownish hair, usually in a pony tail.

  On April 15 I ordered the Chipotle chicken breakfast sandwich at 10:30 AM and was told they stopped serving breakfast. Ironically I ordered the same breakfast sandwich in Columbus, Ohio the week before at 4:30 and was served. When the woman at the counter informed me they stopped serving breakfast it was said with an irritated tone like I was stupid not to know. This morning, I ordered the lunch sandwich at 7:30 AM and was told they didn't have the cilantro for it coz they weren't ready for lunch. No apologies, like tough deal with it. But when we're they going to get the cilantro for lunch if they didn't have it when the store opened. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I know I will.

  Very slow place especially since most of the employees are minors. Maybe if Panera paid their employees more, then they would have more people to help in the kitchen and there would be more adults. Some of the employees, like in drive thru when I go, can be very nice and they apologize about the wait. I'll go inside and it's still packed with other customers. Food is also not worth the price you pay and sometimes the drinks are mostly filled with ice and some of the smoothies are made literally liquid. Mac amd Cheese have different textures too and they still mess up on having everything in the bag. You can also hear the old elderly manager yelling at employees or customers. Inside during dinner you can hear the employees laughing and talking loud in the kitchen and saying inappropriate things. Sometimes the pastries are burnt or dry as well yet they're so expensive, and I'll see the manager giving away free pastries to some customers, saying "sorry about the wait". EVERYONE HAS TO WAIT.
