  Haven't been in months. French onion soup was ridiculous. If there were 5 pieces of small onion in there I'd be surprised. Sirloin, although still tasty was much tougher then before. Waiter was bussing table by sliding the tray full of scraps and plates on the tray stand across the floor. She couldn't understand why it all fell off. Next to us. Outback is charging more for less like every one else. If I'm going to spend that kind of money I'll not go to a chain

  I can say with absolute certainty that you should visit this outback. Meghan was brilliant—her cheerful disposition and service left nothing to be desired. C’est du beau travail!

  The food here is excellent. The service is even better. Our waitress Meghan was attentive and sweet and made the meal even better.

  We were there 5/8 for Dinner and I just want to say it was excellent from the exceptional staff to the food. We enjoyed it very much. I don’t remember being in a restaurant with every staff member being so friendly. Great job!!!

  These days we stopped going to corporate restaurants however Outback is the exception because they’re exceptional! Excellent food, selection, portions, presentation and flavor. Meat perfectly done, lots of sauces to choose from. Our server Starr deserves good mention as she checked on us often and quickly brought what we needed. Bravo Starr! Previously we’d gone to a different Outback, in Frazer PA and the bartender gifted us with a free blooming onion, which we later used at another location. That’s nice to be able to do that. Also the manager stopped to ask how everything was, and paused to hear our reply. We will absolutely be returning to the Lancaster Outback, excellent! 10 stars! I shall not neglect to mention that though no reservations allowed, they do offer a waitlist by phone or app, which we got on, and it truly helped with our seating. Genesis (and another kind young lady) took both my calls to get on the waitlist, then later called again to move it up. When we arrived we were very nicely greeted! Wonderful welcoming crew at the Lancaster location. Whoever is hiring and training is doing an amazing job!
