  We ordered food in the drive through. It was hard to communicate, the employee couldn’t understand us well through the speaker. We get up to the window, and he never asked for our number for the points. Then, after eating some of my sandwich, something didn’t seem right. I opened it and found the salami was brown. I often eat at other Jimmy John’s locations, and this is the first time I have ever been given brown salami. I will not be returning to this location.

  This only happened once so take it at that. Offered day-old bread since they ran out, and promised a discount. The discount was then substituted for two free sandwiches. This offer then turned to one sandwich once we got to the register window. The free sub was not given but instead asked for our phone number and the sandwich would be applied. At this point I am doubtful at best. The sandwiches the tasted like multiple-day-old meet and cheese. Having been a GM for a JJ's I know what your manuals say. Please increase your level of service and management oversight. The brand only thrives when you follow it strictly.

  First and last time. The sub itself was okay tasting but hardly anything on it for the price. There was one person working. Not friendly at all. Rang me up, never asked me if I wanted anything else. I was asked to swipe my card without telling me the cost or giving me a receipt.

  I love Jimmy John’s. This location has been steadily declining. Bread is rarely fresh (often stale). Associates don’t know their menus and have long wait times.
