- TRToi Rob2 days ago1.0My entire grocery order was delivered to the wrong address when Hand to me was selected. I took over 4 days to refund me my funds. This is unacceptable. I will never use this service again. Times are too hard for this type of delay when the mixup was on their side. If I could give zero stars I would. All they did was give me $20 credit for the inconvenience.

Almost always outside of delivery windows, sometimes they cancel at the delivery window leaving you stranded without any groceries.And despite the 100 percent guarantee to make it right, they don't and may just suggest another delivery the next day.Do yourself a favor and use anybody else.

It's been two times at 2 separate locations, that I've sat in the parking lot for over 30 mins or more waiting for my order to come out. Each time I've had to go inside and get the order myself. Then to find the employees in there doing absolutely nothing. At this point frustrated, because the point of this service is convenience. The employees are upset that im annoyed. What happened to customer service? You can't be upset because I'm up set. This makes no sense at all. Giant Direct needs to do better. I WILL NEVER ORDER THROUGH INSTACART WITH GIANT AGAIN!
