  Your butcher needs to know how to weigh the chicken. This time the chicken is only 13 oz short. Last time I got chicken there, it was 2 lbs short. You've been warned!

  Great employees very friendly! They have human checkout staff!!! Overall good experience. So much better than other grocery chains we have tried here.

  I called multiple times the past week to place an order for fried chicken for an event I'm hosting today. I was told multiple times I needed to call within 48 hours, not before then. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone yesterday, and today the person who answered said they need 48 hours' notice. (I believe her—it seemed odd that they wouldn't take orders ahead of time.) This puts me in quite an unhappy situation of needing to source food for a large group at short notice. I'm very unhappy with how the previous employee(s) I spoke to have a different understanding that prevented me from taking care of this last week and now have me with more to sort out when I have other things I need to do today! I wouldn't recommend this Giant if you need to have an order set up ahead of time. If the employees don't even know their own policies, how could I trust they can even cook the food correctly or record the order for the day?

  My local giant on Lititz wasn't able to accommodate us for a cake with whipped topping unless we were ordering with 48 hours notice. This giant's was able to do it the day before without issue! Will be going here more often :)
