  As a result of my reward points I paid $.26 for a medium Starbucks coffee today' Additionally, I got a few good deals on food that I was actually shopping for. Overall, another good experience at my favorite supermarket.

  This giant store is convenient, clean, and the interior is laid out well. Easy to find products....and it's location between two major North-South roads in Lancaster certainly helps generate a lot of foot traffic - especially during evening rush hour. The staff keeps the store clean and swept up....good job

  The facilities are atrocious 🤮 and the liquor store department is so weird. They close at 3pm and they don’t have bottle opener

  Almost no one working the registers or not even. Was just there with only one register open but blinking for help. Line not moving then just for her to close that one too. Self check out line not moving either. Constant issues of “remove baggage for checkout” but nothings there nonsense machines. Constantly fighting to get around the stockers any time of the day blocking paths. Fight around the robot floor cleaner. Olive bar isn't consistent on when it opens (doesn’t have the same hours as the store?), & they often forget to put out the lids &/or containers & selection of sizes of containers not available even in the morning. If you put out the olives, why not also put out the self-serve containers so it can actually be purchased? Then no one to acknowledge you to ask for a lid. Inconsistent olive options with cheap fillers like a ton of pickles mixed in at $10.99 lb. Seriously who manages the Olive bar? Mornings sliced meats are not restocked in the deli area. Mornings prepared food in deli are old from previous day & picked over instead of restocked. Produce rarely fresh. Literally dying on the shelf molding or limp. The grocery store brand is extremely low quality, especially the meat. Who wants to deal with digital coupons? Hygiene items under stocked. Like why is there no Oragel, just empty hangers. Difficult at times to get a cart or one that rolls properly.

  Called about Milos Unsweetened which is listed on the Milos website that Giant carries. I called Giant and they said they would be getting it in the next day. No, never got the Unsweetened in. Zero Sugar is a while different style and not the same as the Unsweetened. This left my sweet younger sister disappointed as she was visiting and this is the only thing sweet sister requested. Now she has to return to the covenant without her sweet tea. Giant left me down and when is Weis going to reopen. Plus I hate that robot almost as much as I hate Pat MacAfee on ESPN game day.
