  I pop into this location after my morning gym class. It is very clean and nice. It offers a larger selection than my home's location.

  Giant direct service has gotten terrible. App fails constantly. Orders changed regularly. Orders never ready when you arrive. Orders cancelled without notification. This service used to be easy to use and easy to pick up. After several attempts and "second chances" I am switching providers.

  Waited an hour and twenty minutes at Giant Direct for a pick up between 5-6pm today 8/24/26. Name was taken by the worker because there was a lot of vehicles. I called 4 times with no answer. After a while they started bringing out orders for people that had just pulled up. Had to leave without my order. Just informed customer service that i could no longer wait and just want a refund.

  One star for the deli. This is a mess. Why have a Kiosk if no one working there checks it? I put in my order, got the text that it was ready. When I got to the counter, they hadn’t started it yet. Then they asked me what I ordered, I told them, and they gave me the wrong order. I’m never happy with my orders from this deli

  Great store and staff, great products and prices. Recommend not stocking shelves during the busiest shopping times, such as Sat afternoons
