- ISIdalis SanchezAug 6, 20261.0I would like to file a complaint about the customer service I received at your Giant store. I went to use the self-service checkout/payment kiosk, and the machine was running very slowly. Since I don’t work there and didn’t know whether there was a problem with the machine, I asked one of the associates for help. I said, “Excuse me,” but she ignored me. She looked at me with a serious expression and stayed where she was without responding. I said again, “Excuse me, I need help with something,” but she still did not come over or offer any assistance. I noticed that she was willing to help other customers, but she did not help me. I felt ignored, disrespected, and treated differently. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope you will address this situation so that other customers do not have the same experience.
- MSMeg SJul 26, 20261.0This giant is absolutely awful. The GIANT direct won’t even allow you to post a review because of how awful it is I don’t know who’s running it but they should be ashamed. It has been four different orders four different times that I have given this place a chance for giant direct and each and every time I regret giving this place a chance it’s never done on time. They never even reach out to you….they never update you. You are the one that needs to reach out to them! just for them to tell you “oh I’m so sorry it won’t be done on time”. What time will it be done?….They have no idea. People Choose a pick up time for a reason and for them to not even reach out themselves:…its disrespectful. I will never be using this GIANT again especially their GIANT direct…..when I finally pick up my order, whenever they choose to tell me that my paid order is ready for pick up will be my last time. I will never give my money or time to this place ever again.
