  Well we usually do BK for morning run glad we switched to dunkin better service great food and who doesn't live a good Dunkin coffee 10 out of 10 highly recommend stopping in

  This location has to be the worst Dunkin in the nation, they cant even get 1 simple coffee right. You can go for a single coffee and they tell you to pull into a parking space. Like come on!!! Hope they close this stupid place.

  First of all where you order the food speaker. The lady ask me what i want then said wait a minute. Then when I got to the cashier she handed me my food I looked and my bag and asked for napkins she ignored me . And then walked away I said Hello can I have some napkins she said iam taking orders in a not so nice voice and roughly handed me the 4 napkins so roughly that 2 flew away and she then slammed the window . I dont know what is wrong with this girl . Iam not prejudice at all iam married to a different race so i dont want to hear about that it is just iam saying this so the manager knows who she is I wish I would have gotten her name she was black young girlie was 3:36 pm on today Sunday 4/11/2026. I see all these other negative comments and dont see any feedback from the managers. I've been going here for yrs and never got treated this way before.

  The person who served me was very rude and I didn’t like the way she treated me. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t give me a receipt or anything. She placed the food on the counter with an attitude. I was very polite to her, but she was not professional.

  Come in the early morning for good service. The 6am crew, great. They run like a well oiled machine. The noon crew, they all seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. The noon crew is all college kids and all of them have a dismissive attitude toward the customers. If I want dunkin anytime mid day, I'll be going to Starbucks.
