This place is the absolute worst. DON'T GO HERE!! They don't deserve your business. The customer service is TERRIBLE!! They are incredibly rude and when you call them out on it, they refuse to serve you. They deserve 0 stars. I hope they go out of business and a Starbucks replaces them.

received horrible service. I have visited multiple Dunkin' stores across different states, and I visit the PA locations daily. I always place my order via the mobile app to save time, and normally it's always a great experience. However, when I went to the store this morning things were different. I placed my order via the mobile app like normal, and selected the drive-thru option about 5 minutes before arriving at the store. When I arrived at the store I noticed it was about 4-5 cars in the drive-thru so I decided to go inside and pick up my drink. Typically, I would let a team member know I placed my order but selected drive-thru, and they would get my drink off the drive-thru counter and hand it to me, and I would be on my way. When I went inside this morning I noticed there was a kiosk and a sign saying they do not take in store orders, and the customer had to either place the order on the kioski, mobile order or drive thru. I thought it was strange because from my experience in customer service not everybody likes using the kiosk, someone may not have a car or might not have the app to order, yet it's noone in this store to take a order? Again, my order was already placed and paid for. I waited until a team member walked close to the counter (unsure if he was a manager or not) and I said "excuse me I placed a order on the mobile app but put drive thru". He replied "we don't hand out drive thru mobile orders inside and we're busy" then walked away. I said "I know which is why I came inside". I went back to my car and now the drive thru line is wrapped around the building with about 8-9 cars waiting. It was on ONE car at the window picking up their order and the next car was at the menu ordering. It was enough room for me to go around and go straight to the window. The SAME team member said "no you can't do that you have to go thru the drive thru". I let him know once again I had already placed my order and he could just hand it to me. Again, I visit Dunkin EVERY morning so I understand how the process works. I let him know I have never had this problem at any other store. He never once checked to see if my order was ready, however, said to me " I don't even know if your order is ready". This team member proceeded to take at least 3-4 minutes to go back and forth with me telling me "it's not his fault if I'm late or running behind". I told him I was not late but he's making this harder than it needed to be because AGAIN my order was ordered, paid for and ready. He said "it wasn't fair to the people in line that I went around" and I told him I was already here prior to half the cars but went inside with the thought it would just be handed to me. Finally i said "can you just give it to me and I will change it tomorrow". He asked me my name and literally turned to the side grabbed the drink and handed it to me.
I don't normally write reviews, good or bad. I don't contact corporate, customer service, or anything. However, I was forced to because of this interaction. The reason is because I don't understand why even if I wanted to order with a person inside, I couldn't. I do not understand why my drink couldn't have been handed to me inside (when that has never been a problem at other stores) and I do not understand the reason this team member decided to make something so small that could have been handled (inside or drive thru) in less than a minute something so big that took at least 5. I would think to keep your line moving, considering they seem to be short staffed, he would have just handed me my drink that was ALREADY paid for. He mentioned it's not his fault I was "running late" but It's also not my fault they are short-staffed.

Don't order a coffee chiller. All you will get is iced. Coffee with ice chips on top, and when you bring it in to have it redone, they'll tell you, no, it'll just come out. The same way, and then you'll get mocked by the juveniles working there. As you're walking out
First of all, this was the worst experience. Setting aside the service and friendliness, this business is simply dishonest.
I ordered two coffee boxes. The first one contained proper coffee, but the second box appeared to be made by reusing the grounds from the first batch. It was not coffee at all—it tasted like water with a small amount of coffee mixed in.
I was shocked by what happened, but because I had another appointment to get to, I couldn’t even stay and file a complaint.
To the gentleman who appeared to be the manager: please conduct your business with honesty and integrity. Customers deserve much better than this.
