Manager did the bare minimum and gave us a refund. **Edit: So the pizza actually was delivered... to our back door. We found it sitting there the next morning. For the record, there is no path to our back porch from the road. There's no number on the back of our house. There is no way a functioning human being could mistake our back door for a front door. Better yet, there was mulch all over our back porch because Einstein had to walk through our garden to deliver a pizza. Truly galaxy-brained stuff.

I am a long time customer of Dominos (40+ years) and use their app as a preferred benefits customer. I typically spend at least $100 a month at Dominos. The last few deliveries have been taking longer and longer (over 1.5 hours... even though I live less than 10 minutes away from this place). Tonight I ordered several pizzas from them as a delivery order (50 bucks) and made sure to tip the driver 20%. I followed my order on the tracker for 1.25 hours as it slowly showed that it was in the oven, was being inspected, then was on its way to delivery. Then it notified me that the order had been delivered. EXCEPT the pizza never came. The driver never even showed up on my street. I drove to the store and asked where my order was. They had no idea. The delivery driver was there. He said he delivered it somewhere, but he didn't know where. The manager cancelled my order after the fact. But her doing so removed my ability to lodge a complaint with the company over the order, because the order no longer existed in their records. So I'm lodging my complaint right here. Lifelong Dominos customer, here. FORMERLY. I will never order another pizza from that company again. Stay away from this place and these people. They serve sloppily made, improperly sliced, unevenly topped pizza... that is, IF you even get it.
