I have been to this Chipotle multiple times on my lunch break, and unfortunately every experience has been disappointing. Today was the last straw. I placed my order through the app about 15–20 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. I arrived at the drive-thru on time and sat at the pickup window for over 10 minutes while employees inside were working and laughing, without ever acknowledging that I was there. I eventually parked and went inside to get my order. When I asked one employee for help, she simply told me to “stand over there” without offering any assistance. After waiting, I asked another employee, who told me to wait another five minutes because my order still wasn’t ready. Even after waiting longer, my food was never prepared. At that point, I had to leave because my lunch break was over. I paid for food I never received, and despite reaching out, I still haven’t been refunded. Now I’m out the money, missed my lunch, and was treated as though my time didn’t matter. This location consistently has poor customer service and no sense of urgency. After multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning to this Chipotle, and I can’t recommend it to anyone else.

The one person who was clearly training was left to run the front by himself. And the lady training him really wasn't helping all that much. Granite, she was doing some online orders but then she left to go in the back. I assume she went back there to call in more workers, which if that's the case, then i commend her for and i understand that. But then, the both the guy and lady disappeared for a few minutes. I presume she wanted to talk to him but in my opinion, that could've waited until the line wasn't as long or until no one was in the store. Also there was this other girl, she popped her head in the front for maybe 30 seconds then disappeared for like 10 to 20 minutes and when she came back out, there was still a line and she clearlysaw it bc i made eye contact with her. And she didn't even help, she started to cut up cheese, whitch if you're running out of cheese, thats understandable but she should've helped the guy with the line before restocking stuff. Then, he didn't know what a few things were, which is understandable if you're new and i don't hold that against him. He shouldn't have been left alone nor should he be by himself in the first place. It took 30+ minutes just to get through a 8 people line and thats a problem and more people need to be put on the schedule. Two people can't run a lunch rush. In the future, the roles should be reversed. The new person should be doing the online orders and the person training them should handle the line of people so the new person can learn without the stress of being perfect at the job.

One of the worst Chipotles I’ve ever been in. The wait was entirely too long, staff members could see that the line was stretched across the store and still stood around looking lost and confused while one person tried to manage the line, it was hot as hell I’m there and I can’t understand why because nobody else was cooking or doing anything productive that would’ve caused it to feel like it was 1000 degrees inside. How do you manage to not have any chicken, steak, rice or fajitas in one shift? I wasted 30+ minutes of my life that I’ll never be able to get back just waiting patiently in line while majority of the staff who were scheduled just stood around in the background while the heavyset AA tried to serve customers with minimal assistance. One guy was too busy pouring water in a pot to come assist and work on controlling the line that continued to grow. Again, I questioned the purpose of this because there still wasn’t much to choose from when I got to the front of the line. I left without ordering, what a waste of time.

I don’t normally write reviews but….wow. This was the worst Chipotle experience ever. There were 5 employees and only one was working on the line despite the line being over 20 people deep. I understand people all work at different paces, but having the slowest person behind the line is not efficient. There were maybe 2 employees who were showing some hustle. It took us over 30 minutes to get our order. Also, the bowls were half filled, garbage cans overflowing, no lemonade/iced teas, no tortilla chips. Really sad- it doesn’t have to be this way. Proceed with caution.

Let me be completely honest with you. The 5 star review is not for the restaurant as a whole. My 5 star review is for team member JASYSON ALBRIGHT. My friend and I went to grab a quick bite around 8pm. We could tell it had been a long day for the team. There was one single Poppi in the cool case, the utensil bins were empty, the Fresca drink dispensers were out, and there was no ice. As we got closer to the ordering counter the girls taking the orders were at a constant state of “we are out” or “we don’t have that.” The team was tired, we could tell. However, this operation had 2 more business hours go. JAYSON ALBRIGHT was the difference maker here. When building an order he noticed there was no more pico, he began to prep more, when he got back to the station he finished the order but noticed there was no more corn or sour cream and he prepped those as well. The other girls seemed to be upset that he wasn’t helping them at the front line, but he was a man who had the customer’s feelings and experience in mind. He knew the customer infront of us wanted chips but the girls behind the counter told her there were no more. JAYSON called the customer over and said “if you have 2 minutes I will make this right.” And he made her chips. He was working hard. We were impressed by his flexibility, his drive, and the way he was literally carrying this Chipotle on his back. And, he did it all with a smile on his face. We thanked him for his commitment to the brand, and for being a great team player when the rest of his team was not. We then learned this is not even his store! He was here from Hershey (thirty minutes away btw) covering a shift for someone else. Thank you JAYSON, Chipotle should be proud of the employee you are and that they have you on their team.
