  I rarely leave negative reviews, but after two very disappointing experiences at this Chipotle location within the same month, I feel this needs to be said. The service has been extremely slow, and the staff seems far more interested in talking among themselves than taking care of customers. On our most recent visit, my husband and I stood at the counter waiting while employees walked past us repeatedly without acknowledging us or giving any explanation. No one said, “We’ll be with you shortly,” and no one seemed concerned that customers were simply standing there waiting. What made it even more frustrating was seeing an employee get served before us while the staff continued chatting and socializing. We eventually walked out without ordering, which is exactly what happened during our previous visit as well. Being busy is understandable. Ignoring customers is not. Basic courtesy, communication, and customer service were completely lacking. After experiencing this twice in one month, we will not be returning to this location. The service at other Chipotle locations in Lancaster has been noticeably better.

  I am an avid supporter of Chipotle but every time I get anything from this location, it's a bad experience. When I order in person, they always seem to be short on ingredients. The one time I order online you get half of the normal. Very off putting for someone who frequents Chipotle once a week. Do not order from here online!!

  Why can't you hire folks who 1. Can properly speak english to a majority english speaking consumers and not be slow, confused or just a piss poor attitude. 2. Hire folks who actually do their jobs with some haste, its not supposed to take over 10 mins to make a burrito. I've walked out more than once on different occasions cause the time it took is absolutely RIDICULOUS! NOBODY should have to stand in line on a very slow day for over 15 mins. Do better.

  Honestly, this place is a joke! The person making our food was also using the cash register. I asked her to change her gloves after checking the person out before me and she refused. Red flag, I know. Regardless, my husband and I wanted to split the burrito ordered so we asked her to cut it in half. She asked a manager if she was allowed and he said no. For real? You can’t use the knife beside you to cut it in half??!!

  This is the fourth time already that I ordered food from here and it's been a disaster. 3 of those times were through doordash ordered a burrito bowl and literally gave me half a bowl. This time today I order for pickup and they gave me a totally different order. I will take my business over to the one on fruitville pike. Lincoln Highway is trash.
