  terrible just terrible. the worker had an attitude when i asked for white rice because there was none he added 1 small scoop of chicken that only filled half of the spoon up and when i told him to put a little more and he had the audacity to ask me “double chicken?” no u could’ve put 3 more scoops and it wouldn’t be double chicken by the portions you gave me after that he was missing 3 things that were supposed to be on my bowl and he didnt even take 5 minutes to go get more so now i’m stuck with 2 bowls that are half empty and spent $25 terrible place.

  Trash clearly everywhere meanwhile employee is on break on her phone at the table next to the trash can doing a zoom call with her friends. All tables dirty. Line took a while, overall this place should just be closed.

  I have came to this chipotle multiple times as I’m a local! Every time I come later at night there is a smaller Latino worker he always gives smallest portions even if you tell him to give you more he doesn’t listen I have been to many chipotle’s never had this problem and it’s every time I go wether it’s online order or in person!

  Only one person behind the counter doing walk-in orders and the dude makes Willie Nelson look sober. In the 8 minutes it takes to have your one burrito made, you’ll be able to ponder the terrible decision you made to stop at this location for dinner. The person making walk-in orders moves at the pace of Turbo Snail before he found his speed. I’m even positive he was (or could be) counting the pieces of shredded cheese as it trickled from his fingers. Overall if I could change one thing about this place, it would be everything.

  We came in at 4:15. There was only one person in front of us already ordering. We did not sit down with our food until 4:55. They had one person making food, and they were literally the least capable, slowest person possible. There were a handful of other employees seemingly standing around. The line began piling up to the door and yet they continued to leave this sole person on the line, who only knew how to do one thing every 5 minutes. Then that same person was ringing you up. I cannot begin to express how slow this entire experience was. This location has continued to disappoint over and over the last 11 years. We will not be back.
