  This location has always been hit or miss over the years, but lately it has been consistently unreliable. The mobile orders are generally sloppily put together, especially during weekdays during lunch hours. I made the mistake of going during the lunch rush and the burrito in my mobile order was so bad I could barely eat it. Also legitimately around 3 pieces of chicken in the whole burrito, with 90% of it being rice that didn't even seem to be fully cooked. Save your stomach and find another location

  Disappointing service line management. I completely understand that the staff can get stressed and rushed during the late hours, but the inventory management here needs work. I stopped by about 2-3 hours before closing. I was right in the middle of placing my order on the main line when the staff abruptly took away the remaining honey chipotle chicken to move it over to the mobile order line. The person right in front of me had just ordered three bowls with it, so I watched it run out right as it was my turn. But still half a tub left. When the employee came back, I politely asked if I could get a serving from the container they had just moved over to the mobile side. I was given a flat "no." To make matters worse, they were also completely out of steak (my usual go-to), so I had to settle for regular chicken. It was incredibly frustrating to be denied a protein option that was physically sitting right there, just because it was being prioritized for digital orders over a customer standing at the counter mid-order. If you plan on eating here, I highly recommend avoiding the last 2-3 hours of the night, as they run out of key proteins and prioritize mobile orders over the main line.

  The food is always fine from this Chipotle, but the service leaves much to be desired in literally every category. It's always slow, and that used to be tolerable, but lately they've also been rude. There's better places to spend your money than this specific Chipotle.

  employees are lazy and rude. Refused to remake an order. I waited two hours for and they gave away to a random person. Ridiculous. Stop hiring incompetent individuals
