  The portion sizes are good but the place is very dirty. The fajita veggies ran out and we watched the worker put them on the grill for 10 seconds and then take them off. They were hard and not cooked at all. The drinks were completely empty and hard to communicate with the staff.

  I've gone here a few times in the past and never had an issue until today. Not sure if the employees were new or what. The customer service was HORRENDOUS. I've never placed a kid's meal before and asked if the kid's meal comes with a drink and chips. When I decided on getting it, they asked if I wanted it soft or hard.... Confused.. because I never heard of a hard quesadilla. The employee pulled out a hard taco shell. I said no, the soft ones. The female employees was I guess irritated and passed me off to another employee who seemed new. He asked what sides I would like and I asked what comes with the sides? He didn't really know and so I just picked two random ones. By the time the kid's meal was put together he was ready to ring me out but they never asked if I was going to order something for myself. There was a small line and people ready to pay. At that point of feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable, I decided to get nothing and walked out. Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this. After reading some of the reviews from this location, it does not surprise me. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION.

  holy cow every single staff member was in such a foul mood. The one person acted like an annoyed bratty teenager when I asked for white rice and they were out of it. You would have thought I asked for the moon. Tons of people working yet the line moved so slow, not a single kind or friendly word from a single person. Really regretted even stepping foot inside this location. Also found a bone in my chicken so that was a nice cherry on top 👍

  The food is classic Chipotle - great! However, I’ve been to tons of Chipotle locations and this one specifically had one of the worst service speeds I have EVER experienced. It took 45 minutes for them to get through ~15 guests and get me my food. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush. 8:40pm on a Sunday in May (5/3/26) was when I visited. They had 3 employees - I think based on output the store lost money in the hour due to the slowness of the service.

  Went here with an order of 2 bowls, 1 burrito, 2 bottle sprites. Unfortunately the servers did not speak English well and they also seemed to be struggling to communicate with each other, when I was asked for my protein I asked for the chicken Al pastor meat, the lady ignored and gave regular chicken and I said not that, so she added it and charged me for a double protein. On the food line when I got to the register it was 60 dollars it seemed a bit much to me but I paid. when I got in my car I realized she gave and charged me for chips and 2 soda cups which I did not ask for. Along side the charge of their double protein mistake, not much I can do. extremely disappointed I had to overspend on incompetence, if you go here make sure they are not overcharging!
