  Consistent great food. The reason for the 5 stars this time is because of Jackson. Unbelievable customer service and just gave my family the extra love and care when preparing our meal. As the kids would say, Jackson has aura.

  Great food and good selection. Consider it a Mediterranean Chipotle. The service is setup the same way and the seating has a similar layout. The food flavors are completely different and so fresh.

  I met a friend at the Lancaster, PA location. We were irritated, to say the least. They literally filled my bowl with the dry kale salad, a half scoop of rice, i asked for hummus and white sauce and was told I needed to pay extra. For every thing they put in my boil ie; pickled onions, tomatoes, etc, I literally had to ask for a little more. Get to the register and they tell me $22. For what? My bowl literally looked like i ordered a bowl of dry kale with a sprinkle of sides. There were three managers standing at the end of the register. So, I said, excuse me, I am not asking for a bowl overflowing with food, but, to put a reasonable serving portion in the bowl would be appreciated. I don't appreciate receiving a kids meal serving, at a regular portion amount. His response, we'll, when you receive an extra portion of protein we charge extra for that. Sir, who said anything about protein? That is the one thing i did not ask for. But, when you charge me $22 for a mix, please make sure it looks like such. The manager wanted to go back and forth. Sir, let me stop you right there, I will not go back and forth with you. My point is, please teach your servers the proper portions. Im not spending $22 on a bowl of kale. Otherwise, I will take my money elsewhere.

  I’ve heard the hype about this place and it did not disappoint! The salmon + strawberry bowl was delicious and the flavors worked very well. The assembly line seemed discombobulated because they kept having to turn around instead of everything being right in front of them, no problem, just held up the line a little bit.

  I ordered cava for delivery and my bowl was missing falafel, which I was really looking forward to eating once I got home. I called the store and spoke with Ryan and he gave me a refund for my bowl since I couldn’t drive at the time to pick it up. Great customer service, and I always love the food.
