  I come here very often and there is always one person that helps me and his name is Moustafa. He is so polite, kind, helpful and hard working. He always makes sure I get the best options and makes the best bowls. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate how great he treats each customer. I will always continue to choose Cava as one of my main options for dinner when I eat out.

  CAVA might actually be the greatest establishment to touch this planet. I walked in expecting food and left spiritually transformed. The bowls? Unreal. The pita? Crafted by ancient gods. Every bite had me questioning why I ever eat anywhere else. But the real reason this place ascends beyond human comprehension is my glorious king Moustafa. This man doesn’t just work at CAVA — he orchestrates flavor like Beethoven composed symphonies. Bro scoops hummus with the precision of a heart surgeon and the aura of a Roman emperor. I swear the entire restaurant glows brighter when he’s on shift. If Moustafa tells me to try a topping, I don’t ask questions. I trust him with my life. Give this man a raise, a throne, and partial ownership immediately. 12/10 experience. I would crawl through broken glass for another bite.

  I absolutely HATE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! They NEVER have enough food or toppings when it’s time to order!!!!!!!!!!! I had to leave for the second time, half way down the line due to them NEVER HAVING ENOUGH OF ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!! Don’t bother by going it’s a waste of time!!!!!!!

  I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but this experience absolutely blew me away in all the best ways!! The Cava location in Lancaster, PA is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever visited — and I say that as someone who has been to numerous Cava locations across the Northeast. On this particular visit, I placed a very large order, which could have easily been overwhelming or inconvenient at many places. Not here. The entire team handled it with an incredible level of professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. They took their time, made sure everything was accurate, answered questions without hesitation, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was a burden. That kind of service is rare — and it did not go unnoticed. What truly stood out was how far the staff went above and beyond. They weren’t just doing their jobs — they were fully invested in creating a great experience. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes, and willingness to accommodate every request made a lasting impression on me. And then there’s the food — consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every ingredient tasted high-quality, and you could tell care was put into every bowl. It’s one thing to have good service or good food, but this location excels at both, which is what makes it so exceptional. Having visited multiple Cava locations throughout the region, I can confidently say that the Lancaster team has set a completely different standard. This is what every location should aspire to be. If you’re anywhere near Lancaster, this Cava is an absolute must-visit. Whether you’re placing a quick order or something large and complex like I did, you can trust that you’ll be treated with care and leave impressed. I’ll absolutely be back — and I’ll be recommending this location to everyone I know.
