  Clean location - friendly, speedy service! I ordered the buy-one get-one free sandwich thru the Arby's app. I got two chicken sandwiches opting for an onion bun on both sandwiches. Both sandwiches were prepared quickly and correctly. The chicken was properly prepared and tasty. I did add Horsey Sauce. As an added bonus a Senior soft drink is only $0.50.

  Food was great. The young gentleman that took my order was also very patient and kind when my card declined because it was locked and also when I had to walk away to help the person I came with. That being said there was a young lady that absolutely ruined the experience. You could hear her being absolutely rude to him in the entire time. She would even yell at him and demand he do things in the middle of him helping not just me but other customers as well. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

  What can I say except this place is one of the much better fast food establishments service is quick and mostly friendly. They have a great selection and the prices are not terrible. The nicest part is you actually get what you order. There are several other fast food places along Columbia Avenue and let me tell you they either can’t read or don’t care 99% of the time at one of the hamburger places the orders are never corrected and item left out at a Mexican place along the road. I’d say about 50% of the time items are left out or wrong not an Arby’s!

  Not gonna lie this only the 2nd review I’ve ever given and I’ve been an Arby’s fan forever. Ordered a medium roast beef meal with a coke and three buffalo chicken sliders and motz sticks. They forgot the sliders, the curly fries were undercooked, the roast beef sandwich was only a classic size when I ordered a medium, and the soda was flat with 0 flavor. I can’t make this up, by far the biggest disappointment I’ve had at an Arby’s in awhile. And worst experience I’ve had at this location before. Not sure what was going on there today but it should be looked into. Questioning whether I even want to return in the future. Not even slightly satisfied after eating that
