  I stopped at the outlets today to pick up some shoes, so I decided to order something from Arby's. I love their market fresh sandwich (turkey bacon ranch) and who doesn't love curly fries (am I right?). I ordered on the app, so that I could quickly go in and grab my food. I ordered at 2:01pm and pick up time was listed as 2:06pm. I got there at 2:05 and stood at the counter for 7 minutes waiting for my food. Nobody acknowledged me for 7 minutes before I had to flag someone about my food. It was not busy at all. Maybe 2 customers there. The Manager was standing right in front of me counting the money from the register. She didn't even look up to acknowledge me or ask someone to help me. Just stood there, counting money at the front counter. Finally when I was able to get someone's attention, they said "oh yeah, it will be right up". Then she said "I think I gave your sandwich to someone else" and my turkey bacon ranch had to be remade. When I got my sandwich, it was on the marbled rye bread that typically is used for the Reuben. I was SO disappointed. I despise rye bread. I finally had my sandwich and fries and left at 2:15pm. So not only did I stand there and was ignored, but then I got the wrong food. Did I mention that my fries were sitting there for the 10 minutes I waited. So of course they were cold. I've been to this Arby's many times and yeah, sometimes they are slow (when they are busy). But this time overall was the worst. Very rude and the wrong food.

  My mom asked for these slider things, ham and cheese, and some potato cakes. The potato cakes were great, crispy and delicious. The 5 sliders were ice could in the middle. My mom is in a nursing rehab for physical therapy and didn't like the lunch today so I volunteered to run out and get her what she wanted which was these Barbie's ham and cheese sliders... She's from York and she gets them all the time over there and loves them and the cheese is melted etc but these were ice cold, look like somebody assembled wrapped them up and just put them in the bag, and there's no microwave that the patients can use here at the nursing facility, so she tried to eat them cold and just said Howie the potato cakes and I'll have a snack Just throw them out.
