  My family ate there tonight for my hubby's 60th birthday!!! I had previously ordered an ice cream cake to have after we ordered food. A little mix up with food and they had to remake one order...no biggie, mistakes happen.🤷‍♀️ I want to give a huge shout out and big THANK YOU to Missy D. for being so kind, sweet and helpful!! She went ABOVE & BEYOND to make it a special time for us! ( Frank, she deserves a raise!!!) All employees, but one were polite...that's why there is only 3 STARS for service! Not once, but twice, one employee was VERY RUDE and to be honest, I wouldn't go back if I had to deal with her. However, Missy D, totally made up for it!!! Thank you Missy D for being a caring employee and not a grouchy one!!!

  As disturbing as it may sound, I can definitely tell this a spot where people consistently press the boundaries of the younger staff just from my one experience. Dairy Queen Was a legend back in the day but at this location it was feeling like a justification to talk to 16yos in passively disturbing comments. Now this isn’t their only clientele but I can tell it’s consistent just by the employees desensitized responses in acceptance to their position. Otherwise beyond this sad truth The kids really give it their all and provide quality service and build their skills radically in response to their environment. Good food just crappy atmosphere but not because of the staff.

  I had made an online order for here. Went to the drive thru to be handed my ice cream and told my food hasn’t bee cooked. I was told to PULL UP TO THE WHITE LINE. To wait. I sat there for OVER 45 minutes waiting. I finally went inside to see the issue just to find that my COLD FOOD has been in the inside pick up area. The girls in there stated I did not come through when I DID. I had my ice cream. Not fair to sit there and let my car run, and have my food cold.

  Wasn't open at 8pm people pulled in and then left. There was no lights on what's so ever. Not sure why they closed but they did. 1/14/26
