From the moment I walked in, they greeted every customer with a smile and made everyone feel welcome. It’s rare to find employees who consistently go above and beyond, but these two truly set the standard for outstanding customer service. Robert was incredibly professional, patient, and efficient. Even during a busy rush, he stayed calm, worked quickly, and made sure every order was prepared correctly. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. Saydee was just as amazing. She was friendly, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure customers had a great experience. She took the time to answer questions, made sure everything was exactly right, and treated everyone with respect and a smile. Her upbeat personality made the entire visit enjoyable. Together, Robert and Saydee make an incredible team. They work hard, communicate well, and keep the store running smoothly even when it’s busy. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the food and coffee were fresh and exactly as ordered. Employees like Robert and Saydee are the reason customers keep coming back. Their professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service deserve recognition. If every Dunkin’ had employees like them, every visit would be a five-star experience. - KHKim HMay 23, 20261.0This is honestly the worst Dunkin location in our area. I try to avoid going to this one, but it's the closest to my home so occasionally it's just easier. That ends up being a waste of time/money bc I can never drink the coffee. It's always burnt tasting and how do they make a coffee with three Splenda taste like there is zero sugar in it... Almost every time. How?! Bc there has to be zero in it. They must forget to put it in. Happened again today and my boyfriend's icedv coffee just keeps spilling on him every time he tries to drink it. The slightest movement of the cup and it leaks out. My entire medium iced coffee is getting thrown out bc I can't drink it. I took a few sips to see if it was maybe not mixed, but no, there's no sweetness whatsoever. This location is really terrible. The remodel looks nice and all, but work on training the employees.
