- BSBianca Searstoday4.0I came in this morning, and the only reason you get a 4 star is because the manager did her job, all you had to do was your literal job, add extra topper the girl at the window brought the drink with no topper and i asked her if she could please add the extra topper and she brought it back with like none or a dash lol then gave me attitude, girl bye take that shitty attitude and find a new job, then she and her Co worker said I threw a donut at them when I simply tossed it back on the counter when i asked for a refund, and it fell on the floor, so dramatic to justify later why she was such a brat probably.

I went there to order a medium mango smoothie generally what I order all the time and a gentleman in the drive-through window by the name of Robert, who requested for me to pull ahead bc of a timer, I told him I was ok and not moving he proceeded to scream an obscenity on the top of his lungs as the window was closing. Assistant manager was there and had no clue what he was doing either i wouldn’t recommend going in the evening.

Hopefully the staff gets a little better. One employee ordered pizza and left to eat her pizza , while short staffed!

We cancelled and had our order refunded, but was shortchanged a dollar. Overwhelmingly abysmal experience today (9/6/26). Also the guy couldn’t tell us what was in a coffee chiller
