The increasing amount of totally botched orders I've received recently is definitely noticeable. In one instance, I inexplicably received a giant pump of strawberry syrup and chunks of strawberry in my Resse's Blizzard leaving it almost inedible. This was packaged and handed to me while most certainly being noticed by the service workers beforehand. I understand that mistakes happen, but items with mistakes of that magnitude should be replaced on the spot. You shouldn't be sending out botched orders hoping the customer won't notice or care. These items aren't cheap.
