Absolutely terrible service at Topgolf King of Prussia. The staff was unprofessional, and the experience was ruined by the way we were treated. The team leader, Patrick, acted disrespectfully and came across as biased and discriminatory instead of helping resolve issues like a real manager would.
For the prices they charge, customers deserve basic respect and professionalism. Definitely not coming back.
Honestly, I feel that it is way too expensive in food and any other incidentals. My granddaughter wanted a golf ball that you can buy at the front desk, it cost $5.35 for a little golf ball. She gave him $5.50 and the guy asked if he was allowed to keep the change. Very unprofessional. I would not say it's top-notch food, I will say that everyone was very friendly but service wasn't all that good where we had to keep looking for someone to get a fork or anything else. I'm not crazy about how they come a little early and hurry up and tag you out and you've got to get out right away, especially because it takes time to even log everyone in on the counter machine. I do not have to go there again, and the balls were covering the field once in awhile the little car would go out to collect the balls but honestly there were balls all over the field that when you did hit a ball into it it would just hit another ball and go a different way. I liked it for the experience but I don't like it because of the expenses it's nickel and Diamond everything.
Daughter and friends booked tee time for 8:30pm. Arrived and told they had to leave by 9 because nobody in the party was 21. No refund offered and paid full price for 1/2 hr of golf.
As family we have spent thousands of dollars here over the years but this will be the last.
Update. Per the response below I put feedback on website chat. No response. Paid for 1.5 hrs. Got told to leave after 1/2 hr. Thy wonder why they are struggling.
Update 2. Still no response from top golf king of Prussia. What a joke of an establishment ripping kids off for something they paid full price for
Update 3. Still no response from top golf. King of Prussia. They are in the business of ripping kids off. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Topgolf King of Prussia. My friend and I were originally supposed to go to a Philadelphia Phillies game that night, but after it got canceled, we were trying to figure out something fun to do so the night wasn’t a waste. We decided to head to Topgolf, and looking back, it honestly turned what could’ve been a disappointing night into one of the best spontaneous nights we’ve had in a while.
The first thing that stood out was how accommodating and professional the staff was. We had originally reserved our bay for 10 PM, but we ended up arriving around 7 PM just to see if there was any chance we could get in early. Not only were the staff understanding, but they actually got us in right away without any hassle. That alone immediately set the tone for the night because a lot of places would’ve just told us to come back at our reservation time.
From the moment we checked in, the customer service was top tier. Everyone we interacted with had a great attitude, was welcoming, and genuinely made us feel like they wanted us there. Since it had been a little while since I last played, they took the time to explain the games, scoring, rules, and how everything worked without making us feel rushed or like we were asking dumb questions. That kind of patience and professionalism goes a long way.
Once we got settled in, the service at our table was seriously impressive. Anytime we needed drinks, food, extra help, or had a question, someone was there fast. We never felt ignored, never had to wait forever, and the staff stayed attentive throughout the whole night. You can tell they really care about giving people a good experience instead of just pushing customers through.
The atmosphere itself was amazing too. The facility is huge, clean, organized, and has such a fun energy. Whether you’re actually into golf or just there to hang out with friends, it’s the kind of place where anyone can have a great time. The bays are comfortable, the technology makes the games competitive and fun, and the overall vibe makes it easy to lose track of time.
What started off as a backup plan after our Phillies game got canceled ended up becoming the highlight of our night. That says a lot. Great customer service, great staff, fast service, awesome atmosphere, and just an all-around memorable experience. I’d 100% recommend Topgolf King of Prussia to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends, family, or even a date night. We’ll definitely be back. Easy 5/5.

I can’t say enough good things about Topgolf King of Prussia—this place never disappoints! Every time I visit, it’s an amazing experience from start to finish. The service is consistently outstanding, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and always making sure you’re having a great time without being overbearing.
The vibe here is on another level. Whether you’re going with friends, family, or even for a casual date night, the atmosphere is energetic, fun, and welcoming. The music, lighting, and overall setup create the perfect environment to relax and enjoy yourself, no matter your skill level in golf.
What really stands out is how well everything is organized. Even when it’s busy, things run smoothly, and you never feel neglected. The bays are clean, the equipment is in great condition, and there’s always something exciting going on. It’s one of those places where you can easily lose track of time because you’re having that much fun.
It’s become one of my go-to spots whenever I want to unwind or hang out with friends. Every visit feels like a mini event, and it’s always something I look forward to.
