  If I could give this location a zero star I absolutely would. Mike I learned is the shift lead/manager (?) I witnessed him chase out a customer after he was telling him he couldn't make an order while he was eating a pizza he just made. The customer legit only told him to turn off receiving orders if it's such a hassle to make and the dude went crazy yelling at him to get out of his store and that he doesn't know anything and was following him out trying to fight him in the parking lot. The customer just got in his car and drove off away from him and he was yelling after the customer. He proceeded to go inside and make a phone call and make another pizza that he took a slice of to eat. I recommend just going to dominos- this place is a trashy joke.

  I went to Papa John’s to pick up my order because I thought I had selected delivery. When I arrived, Mike told me they no longer offer delivery. I then asked for a 20 oz soda with my pizza, and he questioned why I wanted it. I explained that I had already tipped $5 and didn’t see why I should tip that much just to use my own gas and pick up the pizza myself rather than working something out. He talked over me the entire time. Since I had already paid (tip included), I just left and de-escalated the situation on my own—especially after I asked him whether he would tip to pick up his own pizza, which he couldn’t answer.   They got swamped with orders and comped me with extra wings for the wait definitely recommend for customer service

  Waited 5 hours for pizza when it was ordered as soon as they opened. They were supposed to do 1 vegan (no cheese just sauce n veggies)... they put cheese on it. Hoping never to have to deal with them again. They also were extremely unprofessional and cursed while we inquired about where our pizzas were.
