  I work in the mall, so this location is incredibly convenient for me. However, the E-Bar is the complete opposite of Nordstrom itself. The customer service is incredibly poor. I’ve never experienced the customer service at any cafe like I have at the EBar. You don’t even receive a proper greeting, despite how expensive their products are. I’ve continued to give them chances, but as a manager myself, decent customer service goes a long way. I’ve even had coworkers complain to me that she’s literally heard the staff talk about her after placing an order. I’m not sure who is the gm of the E-Bar or if they fall under the same umbrella as Nordstrom but they really need to reevaluate their team.

  E Bar gives me hope that care and quality still exist in fast casual cafes. We love the mini cafe downstairs and Scott truly takes an interest in and cares about the customers’ experience, something becoming rare in this age of drive thru coffee. Thanks Scott!

  I stopped in for something light & refreshing since I had been traveling & working all day and Shy was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest this tropical lemonade type drink as well as a variation to try with a different flavor profile. The drink was perfect & just what I needed to keep my momentum at work!

  This location is my favorite place to start my day. The baristas are friendly and kind, and quickly get to know the regulars and the cold brew never disappoints ! Whether it's just me getting a quick breakfast and coffee or bringing my kids for their favorite snacks, it's always a great experience.

  In the midst of the holiday rush we had a delightful experience at the KoP Nordstrom Ebar. The line was long. Clearly this is a popular place. The people in line were in a good mood. We found out why. The staff greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service -"grace under pressure. King of Prussia's Nordstrom Ebar's staff is a treasure. Keep up the good work.
