  ⭐️ Very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's location on Henderson Road in King of Prussia Pennsylvania. We came to order food and were told they were completely out of the specialty drinks, including the Dirty Dr Pepper and Berry Blast Sprite. When we tried using our coupon codes for discounted food, we were told the codes were invalid and then the system locked us out saying we exceeded the maximum attempts. We asked to speak with a manager, and the employee claimed he was the manager and said there was nothing he could do because “none of the systems work.” We still decided to order, only to receive cold, stale food. When we requested a refund, the receipt they gave us was barely readable because the ink was so faint. I asked for another receipt to confirm the refund was processed, and again was told the machines didn’t work. To make matters worse, when I asked for the general manager’s number, receipt number, or transaction information, the employee said he didn’t know how to find any of it. Overall, the customer service was terrible, the food quality was unacceptable, and it felt like a complete waste of time and money.

  They restaurant was clean and presentable . The self serve soda counter was fully stocked with plenty of ice, napkins and straws. I ordered my food to go from the self ordering kiosk. My food came out in fairly reasonable time. All my food that I ordered was hot correctly made and tasty. All said and done. This was a good experience

  They're always so so so slow, this mcdonalds doesnt deserve to be called fast food. I've waited for almost 20 minutes on multiple occasions. Most of the employees are usually friendly atleast.

  They was very rude... I understand that you need to take care of drive thru but the guess in the front matters as well .. I ordered my food @10:13 and didn't get it until 10:45 and it was wrong... No one said anything to me but we have to get drive thru done... Like font order don't matter... very unhappy .. and no one had on hair net around the food at all

  They served a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle with no Sausage Egg or Cheese. When we returned to the store to get it corrected. They ignored me standing at the counter, and argued with each other in spanish. They were like what do you want me to do about it.. Seriously like fix it! Never again not one more dollar ever.
