  There’s good customer service and then there is great customer service where the employees and the company go above and beyond and make you satisfied and happy! This perfectly explains the king of Prussia Honeygrow, not only in my in love with their like fresh hot fast made to order stirfry that they have, I so appreciate the fact that they make you feel like you matter and that getting your order right is their top priority. The reason I say all this is because I have been there doesn’t do dozens of times I even worked there in the beginning when they first opened up Which says a lot because once you’ve worked at a restaurant and seeing how everything is made, and you still think that it’s the freshest and most healthy place for you to possibly go to when you want takeout or even to dine in, it’s pretty amazing. So speaking about my One experience this time because every other experience has been hands down a knock out success however This time was a little off only because I believe they forgot to put the sauce in me and my boyfriend stir-fry’s which was only a simple wash to make mistake and as anyone knows Everybody makes mistake so I did call them next day to just let them know and that’s only because their sauce selection (every single kind) is delicious and completes the meal. The manager James answered and he immediately offered to replace it for absolutely no charge and at my convenience of whenever I wanted to come in and of course with me, I wanted to come in that day and when I did, it was actually even more accommodating than I could have ever imagined. We got free drinks, free bread, and I can’t even believe how much they filled up our To-Go Containers of both our stirfrys so if you for even one second thing you’ll like a place like this you will not be sorry if you try it, than I guarantee you’ll be just like me and be jumping at the chance to make sure I didn’t forget to go on google and put up a raving 5 star review like they deserve. Wanted to give a shout out to the night manager, Chloe, who you can tell how passionate she is about making customers feel special and heard just like she did with me. I added some pictures to show you exactly what just my meal look like after they gave us the free extra meal just because Of the simple fact that they forgot the sauce. I’m a huge condiment fan so sauce does mean a lot but again mistakes happen and that’s the very first mistake they’ve ever made with any of my orders so if there was a way to give them more than 5 stars, I would definitely make it as high as possible. Oh yeah, they gave us our sauce choose mixed in as well as a side of the same sauce on the side just to me even more fantastic. Talk about fantastic Customer Service. James and Chloe were amazing and so cheerful and went out of their way to make sure that we were more happy that we could’ve ever imagined they would make us or do for us! Honeygrow, King of Prussia for the win as always!

  So OILY! Look how much oil pooled in bottom of dish at the end. So excessive! The noodles were dripping in oil, so much it caused a very painful problem later. Lesson learned, I'm full of regrets. Honeygrow is supposed to be a healthy option, what's healthy about this? Husband ate a different dish, he also had "issues" hours later.

  This is my go to if I can't think of any other healthy options. Food is above par and having the build your own option is ideal for a picky eater like me.
