  Avoid this place, service is awful. One guy behind the counter, who was hanging out in the back room when we showed up. When he eventually came to the counter he rushed us to order something, seemingly annoyed we were even there. Could not get our simple order right, I had to repeat it several times and he still got it wrong. Even getting the drink size was a chore. He had an airpod in his ear and he must've been listening to something because I can't comprehend how poorly he communicated throughout the transaction. Drinks were over sweetened and donuts were stale, but that didn't even bother me, it was just the painful service experience. By the end of it all, I was just happy to get out of there.

  I recently just discovered this Dunkin inside the mall a few weeks ago because it’s sort of like a hidden gem and I’ve had pretty pleasant experiences all of the times that I’ve been here. The guy that’s usually there whenever I go is very nice and friendly and makes my drinks pretty quick which is good. Will definitely come back again in the future.

  Dirty floors, dirty counters, nasty worker. I bought an avocado toast but it was so burnt I couldn’t finish it. Asked a worker about the menu, but was ignored and had me wait 3 times. Some workers were nice, but the female one isn’t. Never coming back. A waste of money.
