  Flies circled the donuts, particularly those with cookie creams on top. Installing a glass door on the cookie counter would protect the donuts’ quality. :|

  This place is filthy. All the packets of ketchup that I grabbed were sticky. It’s a quiet day during the week and it doesn’t look like they have cleaned at all because no way did it get that dirty in a couple of hours after opening

  First, they have a kid at the counter which I questioned his age. Every time we go, he gets the order wrong and then we have to come back and he gets the water order again wrong and we have to come back. This is consistent with every time we got whether the child is there working or an adult is they working? It’s the worst Dunkin’ Donuts don’t go.

  Avoid this place, service is awful. One guy behind the counter, who was hanging out in the back room when we showed up. When he eventually came to the counter he rushed us to order something, seemingly annoyed we were even there. Could not get our simple order right, I had to repeat it several times and he still got it wrong. Even getting the drink size was a chore. He had an airpod in his ear and he must've been listening to something because I can't comprehend how poorly he communicated throughout the transaction. Drinks were over sweetened and donuts were stale, but that didn't even bother me, it was just the painful service experience. By the end of it all, I was just happy to get out of there.
