  On Saturday night I went to Dave and Busters with a couple of friends we ate some food and had some drinks and played some games, I have been to Dave and Busters before but this one just opened up closer to me so I was really excited. Our waitress was Isabella and she was super helpful because I am a picky eater and I was very selective with what I get. A few of us ordered the “Mountain O’ Nachos” but I am not to particular of those items so Isabella was very helpful with informing me that we can get them separate. The food was delicious would definitely go back again. After dinner we went and got drinks and played some games, Tony the bartender was super friendly and I enjoyed a great conversation with him. As I mentioned previously I have been to many Dave and Busters before and I was blown away with the customer service that I received. Will be returning and will be recommending to my friends.

  Came here to check it out because I love Dave & Busters .. However, my experience was not so great... It started with my server Isabella I believe her name is. She was not very welcoming. She didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the menu... deals ...any specials that were going on, she then messed up my order & was aware but was unapologetic about it. It was almost like she didn't even want to serve me ... Did not check up on my table not once. She actually made me feel like it was my fault like I was in the wrong. She not only messed my bill up once but twice. I then heard her call me an idiot to another colleague which is very unprofessional... Even her demeanor I observed when explaining to the manager was not professional, she was explaining the situation with attitude. I did not appreciate that behavior. Being nice goes a long way, I came to enjoy my time because you never know what a person is going through... This is an outlet for some... On the other hand, games were great... Food was good but a bit salty...

  I won’t be going back. The $5 happy hour beer deal was a great value, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was disappointing. One of our food orders came out with raw chicken, which completely ruined my appetite. They did remake it right away, but after seeing the raw chicken, I couldn’t bring myself to finish my meal. On top of that, we kept having food brought to our table that wasn’t ours, including duplicate orders of what we had already received. We also interacted with five different employees throughout our visit, and it seemed like there was a lack of communication and organization between the staff. The one bright spot was when my baby got upset and started crying. One of the employees came over and gave her a free rubber duck, which was incredibly kind and genuinely appreciated. As for the venue itself, it’s much more of a bar than an arcade. There aren’t many games, so I wouldn’t recommend paying for the unlimited games package. We played about five games and were already out of things to do.

  My wife and I took my son and daughter to D&B in KoP for the first time yesterday. As soon as we got to the top of the stairs there were kiosks to purchase game cards. The highest level option offers $4 meals with the game card so I decided to get one for each of my kids. When we eventually sat down to eat we asked the server how we use the meal with the card. She asked if we had the purchase receipt and I said I didn't, just the game card. She went and got the manager who told me that "The $4 meal isn't in the package that I purchased." I told her for sure it was, it was the reason I picked that card. She didn't believe me and made me leave dinner with my family and walk over to the kiosk to show her what I purchased, questioning me the entire time. Eventually she logged into the system and found my transaction and reprinted my receipt. The entire time making me feel like I did something wrong for purchasing game cards at the kiosk rather than the server and not keeping the receipt. The kiosk is the first thing you see when you walk in, why wouldn't I use it? And the kiosk never told me I needed to keep the receipt so I assumed the game card had all the information on it like every other place I've been. In short, the food was fine, our server was very nice. My issue was with the manager who attempted to make me feel like I did something wrong for dropping $160 on game cards as soon as I got there. I'll probably go back but not anytime soon

  Food was good I liked the new place. Unfortunately our server made our whole table feel uncomfortable. I can tell he was trying to joke around with us and be fun but the way he went about it was not right. Servers name was Shawn. He made fun of a couple of the girls and even called me fat for getting an appetizer for myself and not the table. We got 2 drinks that we never ordered delivered to our table. I dont know what was wrong that day but seemed like all the servers were confused and didnt know what was happening. it also took us 30-45 minutes just to pay. I dont think I'll be coming back to the King of Prussia location.
