Food was good, service prompt. It was very noisy we could hardly hear each other. It is an arcade and sports bar. Some children are left unsupervised and uncontrolled. When we entered the building there was a little girl in the parking lot who left the building. Someone alerted security and they were talking to her. They later united her with her unaware parents.

This was my first time at Dave & Busters and boy what a time I had. The eat & play deal was great, our entree was only $4.99 with it. We played all kinds of game for 2 hours. At one point, one of the coin pusher game got stuck when I almost got the card down but a game crew was nearby and fixed it instantly. Amazing service all around.

One of our appetizer plate had a piece of beard (we guessed) hair on it.. and the replacement plate never returned! There was a tomato seed on the outside of one of the water cup. I asked for dressing on the side, but it was completely mixed in. Probably just let the kids play and eat elsewhere next time.

WOW!! It all started this afternoon when I called to ask some questions regarding the 1/2 game special. I work with an autistic individual and I wanted to ensure that he would get the best value. When I called Destiny answered and she was extremely polite and happy to answer my many questions over the phone. When we arrived, we were enthusiastically greeted by the hostess who helped us make our Power Card purchase. We played some games and then sat down for dinner, we requested a quiet area with a booth and the manager was happy to accommodate our request. Our server Joe, was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, he was patient and kind in every aspect regarding my client. My client enjoyed his cheesesteak that was made EXACTLY the way that he likes it, then we returned to the game room. About 20 minutes into having fun, I realized that I had walked away from my phone... I was not successful when I retraced my steps so I headed to the host stand. The hostess was able to bring my phone quickly from that back, I am SO grateful that it was retrieved. All in all, 100/10 experience at the KOP Dave & Buster's!! Thank you so much for treating my client with respect and ensuring that he had fun. We will definitely be back next month and hope to see some familiar faces!!

I really wanted to like the new King of Prussia Dave & Buster’s, but for a location that just opened, this was surprisingly disappointing. We spent about $200 without even eating, and the place somehow already feels unfinished. The escalator was broken, a huge portion of the space was completely curtained off, and we counted 3–4 games with red tap pads because they were out of service. I asked an employee about all the curtained-off space, and even they said they expected there to be more when they first started working there. That pretty much summed it up. The game selection itself was underwhelming. I remember Dave & Buster’s having VR and more immersive attractions that made it feel like an actual entertainment destination. This felt much more like a standard arcade. We did unlimited play, but once you hit the 1,500-ticket cap, a lot of the incentive to keep playing disappears. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly, so I don’t want this review to come across as a complaint about the employees. However, service was surprisingly slow considering we were there early Sunday afternoon and the place was not particularly busy. Football wasn’t even on yet. My margarita took probably 15–20 minutes to come out. I had ordered a double, and the extra shot wasn’t listed on my bill when I paid. Maybe the bartender decided I’d earned that one after the wait! To his credit, he was very friendly and the margarita itself was excellent. That’s what makes the experience frustrating. This doesn’t seem like an employee-attitude problem. It feels like a facility, operations and value problem. For a brand-new Dave & Buster’s in King of Prussia, I expected considerably more. Right now, it feels like a partially opened Dave & Buster’s charging full Dave & Buster’s prices.
