  Not huge, but brand new, clean and not too crowded at all. Something different to do in KOP. Could use more staff in the bar/restaurant section as it takes forever to purchase a bottle of water. Other than that, the people are friendly. The other option close by is Arnold's fun center right down the road in Oaks with much of the same kind of games, indoor go carts, lazer tag, bowling and more all under one roof. The ambiance at Dave and Busters over all is better due to it being a new location. Food for thought

  I used to run a DB 2000 to 2008. We went in and it was outstanding. Games were great, greeted by 3 people walking up, service,(Joy), was stellar at the restaurant and I interacted with 2 managers. Both managers were extremely good, one talked to us about the new shuffleboard system. The food and drinks were perfect too. Great work!

  This was our first time at this location. It was great having a clean place with pretty new looking machines. We noticed it seemed to have more game games and less ticket type games than other locations- though not necessarily a bad thing. It also had way more claw games than anywhere else. In the end, great time and friendly staff!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an AMAZING experience at Dave & Buster’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Sam and Tony! They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I interacted with them, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they actually care about the customers and take pride in what they do. They made everything so easy and enjoyable, and their customer service honestly stood out to me in a way that you don’t see often anymore. Even with a busy environment, they made me feel valued and taken care of. Sam and Tony deserve to be recognized by management for their outstanding customer service. Employees like them are a huge part of what makes people want to come back. They represented Dave & Buster’s extremely well, and I truly appreciate everything they did to make my visit such a great one. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Sam and Anthony know how much their effort and kindness were appreciated. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 experience! 🎮❤️ Thank you, Sam and Tony! You guys were AMAZING! 👏🏽

  Tony was an amazing server!! He answered all my questions, provided amazing service, and when my children and I went to play games, he came and found us so our food wouldn't get cold. He was very kind, personable, and made us feel so welcomed. This was our first time here, and we'll definitely be back!! Amiranay was a great hostess as well!!
