Either tell them to get out of line and wait for their time or make them come into the building. Now my food is cold and I used a whole break waiting for the drive thru window, what a joke

I asked for sauce on the side and Kercal got mad, told me I am holding up the line, and should have ordered online. Customers behind me were patiently waiting. Kercal got more angry and continued to get louder. A family in back of me left. Steven, the other worker joined in with Kercal and was showing his anger. I will never return to this Chipotle location. The staff was very unprofessional. They made myself and young son feel very uncomfortable.
