  I had an amazing experience in here today. The manager (Queen) was doing a fantastic job leading the team and training new hires (Saniyah & Jada). There was so much kind and positive energy even during the dinner rush. I will come here anytime Queen is on her shift. Thank you for the amazing atmosphere! 10/10

  Honestly, however is the manager let me tell you something they are doing a terrible job. They have like 10 workers and there is always just one person making the bowls. You can see how the line gets bigger and some workers are just standing there doing nothing. Other than that the food taste like every other Cava

  I’ve ordered here from door dash 4 times since it’s opened. 3 of those 4 times I’ve been disappointed by the inconsistency/freshness and today I tried one last time. Had a couple drivers show up and cancel (order wasn’t ready) and finally one driver messaged me to say someone picked up my order already.

  Cavas always been a perfect spot to grab some quick healthy bowls when you’re looking for something fresh King of Prussia’s location is just the spot. Plenty of parking, clean facility. Most of the options were available when we ordered around Sunday at 5:30. The cook was on point making sure he had enough chicken stock as that is the most popular! I love the fresh drinks but I do wish they had more sugar free options. Friendly staff

  Excellent experience at CAVA on S Gulph Rd. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly right. What really stood out, though, was the service. Manager Queen is doing an outstanding job leading this location. She was professional, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in running a tight operation. Her staff reflected that same energy—friendly, attentive, and working together as a true team. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere. You can tell Queen has created a culture of excellence and customer care. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service consistently hit the mark, but this location delivered. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this CAVA location.
