- ASAbdelkader Sadouki2 days ago1.0It was the second time they didn't seasoned my 2 portions of wedges. I paid 3 dollars extra for the cheese and the sauce. They never put it in. This team at King Prussia seems distracted or not even customer service trained or trained but not applicable. Glen Mills, Rehoboth, Largo are far better locations.
- DADrew AlanskyMay 8, 20261.0The night began by waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes. I had to go out of my way to find someone to seat us. Then we waited 15 minutes at our table until a busser came to greet us saying that he’d get us a server. 30 minutes later we put a food and drink order in. We saw our beers warming on the bar for 15 minutes. The bartender ran our drinks because our server Rosie was on her phone (who we saw in the back) the whole night. Our waitress was fighting with other coworkers and yelling at the bartender because he was doing her job. The kitchen was also very slow. They ran out of chips and our second order of “unlimited appetizers” never came. No apologies by management or the server for lack of timely food or service. Food was ok, classic American frozen foods. Fries were cold. Wings were ok. This is our second time at this location and both times have been incredibly bad. Everyone at our table has been to other Buffalo Wild Wings Locations and have had good experiences. Very disappointing.

We then sat down and after 10 minutes of sitting and having no employees greet us we left. As we left no one said anything to us to try to get us back… also there was no one in the restaurant….
