  This BFG is our spot. Just another date night and Kayla was our waitress. She was amazing. Very professional and polite. We arrived for happy hour. We ordered shrimp toast, oysters, lobster ravioli, paper plane, mango Bourbon sour, brownie, and cheese cake. Everything was good. We also met John the manager. He was great. Let's not forget the amazing conversation we had with Kayla and John. If you're in the area, stop in, dine and ask for Kayla and John. Kayla don't forget to watch The Boondocks. John GO BIRDS! Sorry I did not take pictures this time around.

  Bonefish Grill did not disappoint. The atmosphere was illuminating and calm. My food was perfectly prepared and served. I would go there again and recommend you do too. It was cool to arrive during lunch and at 4:30 the lights go dim for a dinner ambiance. So eloquent!!!

  I had such an amazing experience at Bonefish Grill tonight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Chris, the manager, clearly runs a tight ship—everything was smooth, organized, and full of positive energy. John, the hospitality manager, made us feel genuinely valued and taken care of from start to finish. Emma, our waitress, was absolutely outstanding—attentive, kind, and on point with every detail. She made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed, and her energy truly added to the experience. And Lou—those drinks were exceptional! You can tell there’s real skill and care behind the bar. Every sip was perfect. The entire team worked together so seamlessly, and it made the whole night feel special. It’s rare to find service this consistent, friendly, and genuine. I left happy and already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend this location if you want great food, incredible drinks, and top-tier service.

  My husband and I, along with our two daughters came to this Bonefish location after a quick mall run. Let me start off saying we were skeptical about going to Bonefish grill. Back story, about 13 years ago we went to the Newtown square location and didn't like the food. Since then we have not been. The restaurant was closing in one hour. We were seated quickly and from then everything went smoothly. Evan our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great suggestions. Evan took our drinks, appetizers, entrees orders, what put the icing on the cake is he did it all by memory! My husband and I gave him his props. He explained to us that he's currently in nursing school and it helps him remember things easier. I wish him nothing but success and prosperity! Evan is such an amazing asset to your establishment, and made our experience change how we feel about going to bonefish in future

  I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Bonefish Grill in King of Prussia. The food was not up to par—my meal lacked flavor and didn’t seem fresh, and overall it just didn’t meet expectations. The service was also slow and inattentive, which made the experience even more frustrating. That said, the manager was the one bright spot. He was professional, understanding, and did his best to address the issues. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience.
