It took 20 minutes to make a tea and a coffee. The young guy working was inappropriate and took more time staring at the female patients’ backsides than making the 4 drinks people were waiting on. Of all of the people working there, only one was actually doing anything, albeit poorly. I would avoid this one completely.

I ordered through the mobile app and ordered a “ vanilla crème cold brew.” I usually order cold brews when I go to either Starbucks or Dunkin so I’m familiar with the drink. I also saw the picture for it on the app. When he hands me the drink I could already tell he had made a frozen drink. I tried to tell him that what I got was a cold brew and he tried to insist that I got what I ordered. I thought I maybe misclicked but you can see on the label it says cold brew. He then goes to ask his manager about the drink and even the manager tries to convince me that I got what I ordered. He pointed out the “ vanilla crème” in my drink which I did not see the correlation between that and the fact that my order is still suppose to be a cold brew 😭😂. I was just amazed that a manager at a coffee place could confuse a cold brew with a frappe. After a brief discussion he did offer to remake it IF I tried it and didn’t like it. I was almost late for work so I didn’t really bother and just told him it’s all good. Be wary of this dunkin…

I've had a pick up order and the employees inventory was out of stock on some doughnuts that were in my Dozen Doughnut order. The employee made some similar substitutions and gave me an extra doughnut for the troubles about being out of certain flavors. Great customer service was shown at this location. Keep up the good work 👍 -Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.
