  Place is fine, its just like any other Chipotle, I come here after work pretty late so they are always out of at least something but thats fine I just get something else and the employees are always pretty cool. Honestly other then the first few days of them opening (which I avoided because I have a brain) everything has been good. I don't know why all the bad reviews other then it must be a bunch of karens

  I go to chipotle all the time, but this one by far is the worst. To scoops of rice which added to one full scoop, gave me barely any peppers, cheese and lettuce. I asked for extra everything and still the bowl was not filled. There was no cheese left, and they decided to walk to the back grab a pinch of cheese with there hand. I ordered the same bowl a day later and was even worse. I know they just opened but for $20.00 you can at least not make it look like the world is ending and we are trying to save a pepper 🌶️ the person checking us out was great. The chips were kinda stale and barely had any in the bag. The person making our food didn’t say hello, smile, talk nothing! The seating area was pretty dirty as well.

  One of the worst chipotle’s I’ve been to and I eat chipotle regularly. Staff were not friendly. My bowl was one of the stingiest I have ever gotten barely any meat even though I ordered double protein, got half a scoop of guacamole and when I questioned it the girl was rude and had an attitude. I got essentially half a bowl which I was charged $19 for. I am happy to pay that but not for the amount of food they gave me. Very disappointed

  After waiting for months, it finally opened! Today was my first time there. There were very few customers. My son ordered his usual set meal, but they gave him far too little. Not only was the meat small, but everything else was too small. They even added some bloated lettuce at the end. I asked why there was so little, and she said it was normal. My son and I both decided we would never come to this restaurant again. You guys shouldn't come either. There's a better place at number 202.

  Where do I even start? I’m gonna air this out for everyone in this town. I will cut them a tiny bit of slack since they have been open less than a month, but come on it’s hard to actively try and give someone half a spoonful of corn. (Don’t even get me started on the protein) I have never in my life seen portions this absurdly skimpy. Every single scoop felt like a personal attack, like they were rationing ingredients during a national shortage. I asked for fajitas which were obviously empty and instead of telling me how more would be out I was given the 10 grams of 2 slices of bell pepper left. Like holy cow let’s use our brain and I was looked at like I had 3 eyes when I said I wanted to wait for a new batch to come out. My heart genuinely skipped a beat watching them drop what looked like one quarter of a normal serving into my bowl with every other ingredient. I felt insane for wanting to ask for more of each ingredient to reach a normal serving. Before I even added the extra side of protein, I am pretty sure there were fewer than ten pieces of chicken in my bowl. Ten pieces. I had to pay extra just to make it feel like an actual meal, and even then it only barely reached what should be a normal portion. I actively watch the employee scoop chicken up and shake the spoon so 60% of it would fall off. And the worst part? I have given this location three chances because I wanted it to be good so badly. I was hyped to finally have one closer than the Glen Mills location. I even caught heat from people online for backing this place when it was being built, defending it like i do always just to be let down (significantly more) at this location. Instead, it has been the biggest disappointment. Get it together.
