  I placed an order before 7pm when the hours is to 10pm. The order went thru and my card was charged but the store was closed when I arrived. Now I have to go back and forth with customer service to get my money back. It's been close to two weeks and I still haven't got my refund. I will not visit this place ever again.

  Haven't had trouble with the food, Arby's should probably be more popular, but this store constantly closing early...7pm on a Friday and store has been closed for a while, dark and no cars despite app accepting orders and saying open till 930. Now have to fight with credit card to have charge canceled

  I walk in at 5:45pm. Guy behind the counter is screaming, cursing, slamming stuff around in the back. Seems upset that they aren't able to close early? This employee is acting totally unhinged. I dont know who's running this place but get rid of that immediately. Hope the dude gets help and something is done about it other than an automated reply to this message from Arbys...
