  I walk in at 5:45pm. Guy behind the counter is screaming, cursing, slamming stuff around in the back. Seems upset that they aren't able to close early? This employee is acting totally unhinged. I dont know who's running this place but get rid of that immediately. Hope the dude gets help and something is done about it other than an automated reply to this message from Arbys...

  How does Arby’s close between 6-7pm? I ordered from Uber Eats yesterday and the order went through. The poor driver got there and the order was cancelled. I stopped by tonite and was told they were closed prior to 7pm. Still trying to get my money back from Uber.

  I have twice in the past month placed in order on Sunday evening on the app to pick up for dinner at this restaurant. I paid on the app and got to the store both times to find it locked up tight and no one there. Trying to get money back from Arby's is incredibly difficult. First time I was told that the manager's wife had had a miscarriage so I was quite sympathetic. Now I am doubting the truth of that. Today, Monday, I can't get anyone to answer the phone at Arby's. My husband drove past, and it is still closed. The last time it was open on the Monday after. That time they would not give me my money back but they gave me my order, just a day late. This time..... Morning. I love Arby's food but sadly will not be visiting this restaurant again.

  This Arby's is ALWAYS closed before 6:00 pm!! This is the 5th time in two weeks that I've been there before 6:00 and the lights were off, doors locked and employees long gone! What kind of food place closed before dinner time? Again tonight, there was a car that pulled into the drive thru, and 3 other cars besides myself all wanting to eat dinner there, but it was closed! It's ridiculous! The inside is dirty too. This place won't be open much longer because no one wants to work or cares! The owner is losing money!

  Had a mobile order came to pick it up and there closed but there's still an hour before thay close so now I cant cancel my order got robbed
