    rarely leave reviews, but the experience my battle buddies and I had with this Domino's was so unacceptable that it warrants public attention. From the very beginning, our order was wrong. Rachel delivered our food but forgot our drinks at the store. While she did eventually return with them, the gentleman who answered the phone when we called about the missing drinks immediately displayed an attitude that suggested our inconvenience was somehow an annoyance to him rather than a mistake that needed correcting. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. After walking back onto base, we discovered that the hot wings we ordered had absolutely no sauce on them whatsoever. We called the store again to have the issue corrected, and this time Sarah, who identified herself as the General Manager, answered the phone. Rather than listening to the concern or attempting to resolve the problem, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the conversation. At one point, Sarah responded with, "I mean sir, what do you want me to do about the wings?!" This is not an acceptable way to speak to a customer who is simply calling because the store failed to prepare an order correctly. Despite remaining calm and respectful during the entire interaction, I was repeatedly met with hostility and a complete unwillingness to help. To make matters worse, our online order had already been incorrect multiple times, and when I attempted to discuss solutions, Sarah continuously interrupted with, "I can't give you a refund," despite the fact that I never asked for a refund. My only request was for the store to make the order right and provide the product we had paid for. I also explained that we were on military training and did not have access to a vehicle to return to the store. Rather than showing any understanding or attempting to accommodate the situation, Sarah offered no assistance, no alternatives, and no customer service whatsoever. The most disappointing aspect of this entire experience was not the missing drinks or the unsauced wings—it was the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect displayed by management. Mistakes happen in every restaurant. What separates a good business from a bad one is how those mistakes are handled. In this case, they were handled terribly. For accountability purposes, one of my battle buddies recorded the entire conversation. The treatment we received was unacceptable, and we intend to elevate this matter through the appropriate channels. I sincerely hope ownership or upper management reviews this location's customer service practices because no customer should be treated the way we were simply for asking that an incorrect order be corrected.

    Absolutely terrible experience with this Domino’s location under General Manager Sarah. Our order was wrong when it arrived, our drinks were completely missing, and when we called to get the issue corrected, we were met with poor customer service and zero accountability. Instead of offering a refund or promptly sending out the correct items, the store refused to make the situation right. Mistakes happen in any restaurant, but what separates a good business from a bad one is how management handles those mistakes. In this case, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. We paid for items we never received and were left with an incorrect order, yet the store would not provide a refund or a replacement. The lack of customer care was far more frustrating than the original mistake. Under Sarah’s management, this location appears more interested in avoiding responsibility than serving its customers. We wasted our time, money, and patience. I would not recommend this Domino’s to anyone looking for reliable service. There are plenty of other pizza places that will at least deliver what you paid for and stand behind their mistakes.

    Very good service! Walked in on the 50% off today and the crew is awesome and place is super clean. There is also a waiting area. Nice little Dominoes in a shopping center

    Ordered delivery at 9pm. Said 20 min delivery time. 930pm rolls around no food but yet it was saying on the app. Delivered. Called the store. We are sorry we olny have 1 driver. Go to call back at 1010pm to tell them forget it. Food shows up. Bottle of soda was warm. Box ice cold pizza was ice cold. Tried to call the store back no answer. Driver did say sorry im the olny driver they have. Never again. $35.00 of pizza got feed to the dogs. Will never order from them again.
