  The woman in the drive thru was super nice and helpful, even when I kept changing my order lol. My son was happy with his food and dirty soda!

  One star is being very generous, only because its required, sadly. Every time that my wife orders using the app, there's always something that goes wrong - our order usually always gets canceled or there's an issue with the app that magically causes our order to never be received. I went to pick up our order, and because I was driving and my order was placed BEFORE 10:30, I was in the restaurant waiting for someone to come to the front counter and was ignored while the employees were making food for the drive thru. They were still making breakfast. When I spoke to the woman who finally approached the counter about our order, the app gave me a screen that said our order was canceled and she told me that there was nothing that she could do, with a smart attitude. This location needs to have a mass fire and hire event. If you are that miserable at your job, find a new one. And these fast food employees want $15 an hour?! NOT WORTH IT!!! McDonalds, DO BETTER! RUN FAST from this location - go to the one on Scalp Ave or even by the Galleria Mall.

  Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. McDonald’s in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia are better than this which is funny. Employees are rude and ignorant. They pay you no attention and will let you stand for 15 minutes without even acknowledging you. Food orders are frequently messed up. Overall, terrible atmosphere and the wait for your food is ridiculously long on top of waiting just to order. Do better.
