  Although the line is long I never have to wait a very long line for my coffee and donut fix. Coffee is consistently hot, but the donuts aren't made fresh like the old days so are missing something. Their breakfast foods are good in a jam, but are more of an addon to compete with Star Bucks. I still love to get a box of holes when I want to feel guilty about cheating on my diet.

  Tried ordering two $6 meal deals. It was a new hire and english likely isn't her first language, that's okay, I tried being patient. Wasn't informed that they couldn't do refreshers with the meal. I was only told they could do banana only, no strawberry. During this whole process I was nearly charged $48 for two $6 meal deals and 2 maple donuts. 1, not 2 coffee came out, not a refresher. I tried correcting the order and was informed about the policy which okay fine, I was flustered and was trying to take a second to figure out what I was going to do because I don't order dunkin often, much less their drinks but then a coworker chimed in with a huge attitude saying that I was told this prior which again, I wasn't and she wasn't even nearby when I placed the order. There was no need for an attitude, I'm not a frequent customer, it was 7am in the morning, I was still waking up and again needed a second. Ended up requesting a refund because I wasn't having it.

  Went in for just a coffee at Scalp Avenue location in Johnstown, PA, I counted 10 employees on staff. Not one person waited on me at register for over 8 minutes. The drive thru was backed up outside, but customers who get out of their cars and into store should be first priority over laziness. I walked out. Not gonna wait for 20 minutes for a cup of black coffee when Starbucks had mine ready in less than 3.
