- PHPatty HApr 26, 20265.0I want to thank the two women who are working at Dunkin this past Friday in the evening. I had had the most awful week with medical problems with my husband and I was running late with work and as I was driving past I decided to treat myself to donuts and coffee. They could tell from the moment that I walked in that I was not doing good and they were wonderful! They took such good care of me even through the tears of explaining what was going on. They have restored my faith in humanity and it was so wonderful just having someone who has no idea who you are be so kind and so understanding! Thank you ladies you have no idea how much your kindness and love changed my evening thank you!

I drive for a delivery app. No order has ever been ready no matter how far I drove to get there or how long I sat in traffic. At the time of this review I waited 3 minutes until an employee said "someone will be with you in a minute." I was the only customer in the building. Another 6 minutes before I was asked the name I was picking up for. Another 5 minutes to finally get the order. Allow LOTS of time if you make an order here.

(The worker was wearing blue dressier shirt, assuming this was actually the manager behaving like this.) Very unprofessional. Go to the one in Irwin.
