- HSHeidi Stratton-minorSep 26, 20261.0I had the worst experience at the Dunkin in North Huntingdon on September 25 2026 My drink was not made correctly So after I finished an appointment with a client I was still in the area and went back to ask for it to be re made for me I was directed to Heather the manager She did not speak to me grabbed the wrong drink and told an associate to throw it away then made the new drink in a mad rush Set it on the counter very abruptly Never an apology for my inconvenience Not a word I had a question about the difference in price from another location and she never gave me the chance to speak I wish I would have left the drink and simply walked out This drink also was made incorrectly I drove down further to North Versailles on 30 Very pleasant got me the correct drink at no charge and had the regional call me I don't know what that will do I go to Dunkin every day either North Huntingdon or murrysville I was never treated so rudely I work in customer service This was uncalled for A regular long time customer I will go to murrysville or start going to Jeannette different ownership than those three stores All about the same distance to my home I don't plan on ever going back to this store again. And it's a shame to me as I have used this store for over 20 years Everyone makes mistakes It is how we own them Very disappointed
- AAAngelinaAug 24, 20261.0Trash! In June I ordered a sourdough sandwich online and it said toasted. I got the sandwich and went home to discover it untoasted and completely inedible. It literally tasted like bad hospital food. Dunkin loves a survey so I told them it was trash, they told me it was my fault I didn’t ask for it toasted. I explained I did so they offered me “points” which I declined so they offered me a refund. It’s been 10 weeks. I have no refund and I’ve sent countless emails asking what’s going on and they’re literally ignoring me. For such a huge company this is wild work.

I’m always missing something and it’s always the stuff I pay extra for. I usually let it go and don’t say anything but I’m kinda tired of paying for stuff I’m not getting. The workers here just need to get it together.

They gave me this, more than half not there... when I brought this up to the workers, I told them how this is the 10th time it happened and they yelled at me so I demanded HR number and they refused to give it to me. Even a mentally handicapped person knows how to fill a cup.... just saying
