    I order 8 jalapeño poppers and they were nasty! They tasted like they were old and have been sitting for a while. I was very unsatisfied! Also the lady who was at the speaker was acting all goofy and unprofessional.

    I haven't been to Arby's in awhile, but the quality has really gone down. I got the classic chicken sandwich. It was so thin and small. My bun tasted burnt. My partner that day had their new steak sandwich. It tasted great. But the bun was so chewy! The curly fries and mozzarella sticks were great..but the mozzarella sticks were 1/2 the size they use to be. Also, the ketchup packages had some sticky stuff on them that caused them to all be stuck together..yuck! I threw them out .Service was quick and friendly..The place was empty too, at lunch?
