  I walked in to purchase a donut and saw flies inside the case on the donuts. I walked right back out.

  Slowest food service experienced. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes on a mobile order that was ordered 10 minutes prior to arriving at drive thru window. I was the only one in the drive thru. After my arrival and waiting to receive my order, I saw multiple people cleared through the drive thru and in store. I eventually went in. Saw 1 poor young girl that seemed newer working and two other people that I had seen before moseying around doing nothing. Done. This location is gone to me.

  I've never had an issue at this location. Sure, they can be understaffed at times but that isn't their fault. Highly recommend.

  The 2 windows for the mobile orders and people ordering directly in the drive thru is meant to be convenient, but it’s really not. You end up getting stuck if there’s a lot of people and people behind you end up getting their order before you due to the super awkward 2 window situation. I don’t go to this Dunkin often and they’ve made my drinks good at least every time I go to it, it’s just the drive thru situation that makes no sense.
