The girl that waited on me was very nice and accommodating. I gave 3 stars because inside the store was absolutely barren, although fairly clean and the parking lot is a disaster waiting to happen. Drinks were good, as usual.
Very busy, but the staff did their best to keep everything moving and food came out perfect.
Bathrooms need cleaned badly.
I haven't had issues with this location until recently. I ordered a hot latte, and when I got it, it was cold. The milk was not steamed. I went back in to ask the employees to remake it, and they were kind enough to do so. However, I'm pretty certain the second latte I received did not have any espresso in it, it tasted like plain milk and flavor syrup. I had to go to the location on Locust Street to ask them to make it a third time, hoping they could make it correctly.
If I could give this location and the Locust St location zero stars I would.
I used to frequent Dunkin every day. Every day I would get a frozen mocha coffee. Every single day they would mess it up. Ever since they got that triple mocha, they think that's what I want. I clearly tell them, frozen coffee with mocha. Every day they make me a triple mocha.
For me, the mocha swirl is too much mocha. I started coming back again because I've really wanted Dunkin. I tried giving them another try, but the last two days they keep adding mocha drizzle, even when I say "no mocha drizzle."
On the days that they don't add it, the coffee still has way too much mocha mixed in, and it tastes straight like mocha syrup. When asked to remake it, it tastes like straight cream. I used to work at this location, I don't understand why this is so difficult to make correctly.
I honestly miss Jill and the manager after her (I dont remember her name.) Standards were top back then. Idk who is doing the training now but it's clear that there is no consistency here. I've been in food service my whole life and I am disappointed by the lack of care put into the drinks here. My impression is that they just want to get it done, and they're not paying attention to detail or customer care.
Disappointing honestly. Corporate seriously needs to do something about these locations. Probably not coming back, again. A shame because Dunkin really was my favorite.

honestly don't get the bad reviews. any time I go in everyone is super nice(if occasionally stressed when it's busy). I order the same thing every time and it tastes perfect every time. I always use mobile order ahead and if it's not ready when I get there all I do is tell one of the workers my name and they make my drink next which is really all you can ask when a coffee shop is busy.
