  Well normally the people working here are nice and accommodating. I am from out of town and work in Huntingdon so I visit here often and spend ~$50-60 a week here. I went in tonight and asked for the remote so I could watch a little TV as it is normally on but wasn't playing a channel. I waited a bit and no remote, she said they didn't have batteries and had to steal them from somewhere else (LOL!). The person in charge said to her "No we're not doing that..." They never said a word, never came out and apologized, explaining what happened or why they couldn't change the channel. So I spent $32 tonight (a repeat customer, they've all seen me multiple times) and they couldn't turn the TV channel for me ??? LOL CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYONE!!! This happened 09/23/26 - might want to check who is minding the store. EDIT: Thank you for the response, I appreciate it. I have revised my rating based upon the excellent customer service follow up you provided - Kevin

  The employees are very nice but orders are not always accurate. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and didn’t get my order of fries, but there were 3 stray fries in the bag? Last time I ordered curly fries and was given crinkle cut. The time before that, I ordered a slider without ranch and it came with ranch. Hate to complain when the employees are nice, but also hate wasting money.

  great place and service but I haven’t been here for a few years and I wish they didn’t change their ingredients , their beef and cheddar , used to be good but now it tastes like spam , literally like spam… I’m not going to pay $7 for a spam sandwich 🤣 , sad because I thought it would be the same as it used to be
