- AAAndrew5 days ago2.0Normally this chipotle is good, but tonight they were awful. The girl making the burritos gave me a one gain wide line of rice followed by about 6 black beans. The Barbacoa was dry and overcooked (absolute bottom of the pan). The food was cold and the burrito was loose. The chips were stale and the guacamole was brown.

When workers were asked to put a little more in, they said I would be charged for double meat. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the 2 counter people laughed in my face. Then the cashier said management was cracking down on the portion size. The counter people just kept chirping and laughing. Apparently, the customer isn't always right. Never again for this location. Keep treating customers like this, and this location will be shutdown soon. It seems to be heading that way. $30 for 2 rice and veggie bowls, no thanks. Salad works is right next door. Be warned. Would not recommend this location.
