  It’s crazy to spend $19 on a meal and watch them give you such small portions. Shaking off the cheapest ingredients like corn. I’ve never received such a small amount of rice from any chipotle ever. There’s about 20 chips in this bag and they’re so stale. This is a double meat bowl. I waited to tell him It was double meat as I’ve never seen such a stingy amount of everything else given and had him add the extra meat after. I felt like the guy was counting the pieces of cheese like he’s going to be fired by management for giving a reasonable amount. Overall I’m done with this chipotle after this experience. I’ll drive the 5 extra minutes to a different location. What a shame how downhill this experience was.

  I’m not one to leave negative reviews for restaurants, but they deserve this one. So this was my first time EVER in Chipotle. A friend told me to give it a try. I go in to order, there’s two employees sitting behind the counter with looks on their face like I just punched their children. Neither of them said anything to me. Not one word. I had to say hi, they didn’t say hi back. I said can I get a bowl with just chicken and cheese. The female says “go over there” pointing to the other guy. So I did. The guy goes to grab the bowl and she snatches it out of his hand and says “I’ll do it”. She then comes back with this monstrosity. She gave me about a half a chicken breast worth of dry hard chicken and about 4 handfuls of shredded cheese. I said that’s too much cheese. So she took half away sith ann anttitude and it was still too much, but I said whatever that’s fine. She looked at me again like I just smacked her baby. Then they charge me $10 for about 4ozs of hard dry chicken and a mound of shredded cheese. I took on bite and threw it in the trash. Never eating Chipotle again. And as for the service, someone needs to set that lady straight. She gave me a vibe like I was bothering her for existing. Seemed kind of racist to me. Everything about her was TERRIBLE….worst restaurant experience maybe ever……wish I could upload a picture of this disaster…..

  Shout out to the night crew working July 1st 2026. I understand their wifi or online system was down and as a result the crew experienced one too many rude customers. Nevertheless, the crew was absolutely kind to me and speedy with their service. I never understood why people make the lives of food service workers miserable for something out of their control.
