  says theyr open till 10pm but tells you theyr closed at 935pm. Another guy was comming out frustrated when i went to get food .

  The lady at the counter was rude and rushed my order completely. My bowl is half full with maybe 4 pieces of chicken in it. She than proceeded to throw the food in the bag. I feel very disappointed with my experience as the man next to me who had someone else making his bowl recieved significantly different portion sizes and asked for the same exact thing.

  I just left this location. I was trying to redeem a birthday reward for queso. I attempted to scan it and did not see the price change. I asked the associate, a young light-skinned brown woman (I did not see her name), if the reward scanned. She said yes, so I paid. Afterwards, she briefly scanned the receipt and seemed hesitant to offer it. I lingered, and she then asked if I wanted the receipt. Once I got the receipt, I checked to see if I was charged for my queso, and I was. I went back to the counter and informed her that I was charged but she said I wouldn’t be. Not smiling or apologizing, she took my receipt and had a more senior associate help her. As I waited for them to service three other people before refunding me, I saw the younger associate unhappily talking about the situation with the older associate, looking my way. By the end of the encounter, it seemed both associates were displeased with me for wanting my money back for a reward I earned. This was an unnecessary, unprofessional way of addressing what was a simple mistake. I purchase frequently in person from this Chipotle and ordinarily have positive encounters, but I am disinterested in coming back if this is how customers (especially frequent ones) of Chipotle will be treated.

  Haven’t been to chipotle in 9 years. Had to come here in desperation. They left a piece of unripened avocado in my guac. Steak undercooked. The receipt machine was broken so don’t have one and now I can’t file a complaint on the app. Same poor quality, different chipotle. CEO spewing nonsense.

  Very rude staff, especially black(brown) lady was rude for no reason - visit at 3:45pm When I said salad and cheese, she started correcting me that it isn’t salad - lettuce. What??!😆 I said okay. When I said white sauce, she started correcting me again with a disgruntled face, naming a different name. Does it really matter that much?? Do You need to correct the customer in an aggressive manner? Learn to be polite and greet the customer instead of being smart and rude. The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They're always rude, and this isn't the first time this has happened. Its my last time here.
