  Josh saved our day! We had a DoorDash driver that stole our food and Josh and his delivery driver ensured we got our food, fresh, over an hour after closing because we were only in town for one night. Multiple calls checking in about the progress and reassurance they would figure it out. Fantastic customer service!

  Tried the new pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza. I have to stop trusting tiktok hype. It was passable but for the price there's far better pizzas out there. Mediocre ingredients. Disappointing pizza. Papa John's.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We always have a great experience ordering from the Papa John’s in Hummelstown. Josh consistently provides outstanding customer service. He’s friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. The food is always fresh, and the service keeps us coming back. We’ll definitely continue ordering from this location!

  I love this location it's always very easy to get in and out parking lot wise and inside as well. I never have to wait when I place a carryout. It's always ready when it says it through the app and sometimes ready before that. Josh is awesome and I was surprised he knew me by name but that just goes to show you how committed the staff is there to learn about you and your order! He's always super friendly even when they've been super busy I've seen him take control of a crazy line getting people out the door and letting them know the status of their order if there even is a wait time which in my experience never happens. I sometimes order delivery but coming in is way more personable and you get better carryout deals on the app!

  We ordered on July 5th, when we had the bad storm, didn’t realize the streets were flooded and the delivery girl had to overcome quite a few hurdles to get here, but even after all that, she was so friendly and sweet, and never complained, absolutely amazing. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I’m so sorry for making you go through all that.
