  Just another standard McDonalds, except me and my family got food poisoning from this place. Thank God we were leaving Hershey not in, because that would've ruined our trip.

  They struggle with getting everything in the bag. Each time I go, something is missing and I have to go back. Their staff is pretty young so maybe that is why, but it’s frustrating. Overall not a bad location but could be better.

  Disrespectful employees on the mic dont even take order sat at the mic for 30 minute while they let everyone skip by me.

  No Cashiers..... Apparently now you are the cashier. Very modern and different, but used to being able to walk up to the counter to place your order. I can definitely see elderly folks having issues with this system, but other than that. The place was clean and quick with filling the orders.

  This restaurant is ridiculous!! The inside doesn't have you order at the counter with a live employee but forces you to order at a kiosk. They don't even have a menu board!! Next, if you order anything but a soda there's an upcharge! I ordered a meal with a small sweet tea and it would have been a $.40 charge because it wasn't soda. That's unacceptable. Do better McDonald's!! Needless to say I won't be back. On a positive note, when I was pissed about the crappy environment and upcharging for tea a living human being did come out of the back to listen to my concerns. Thanks Jen, you were the highlight of my visit.
