- TTT TApr 27, 20261.0These last few visits to Chipotle, the food quality has noticeably declined. On this visit, I ordered tacos after previously trying burrito bowls that were also disappointing. The taco shells were old and falling apart, making it difficult to hold the chicken properly. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the inconsistency and decline in quality, and I hope improvements are made soon. I will not be back.

As soon as I placed the order, they got to work immediately. The food was prepared fresh. I ordered the steak and asked to do 1/2 chicken & they obliged. Everything was so good & the kids were very happy with dinner! 10/10 will definitely be ordering again! The place was very clean.

I went there after 9pm on Thursday April 9 and the tall teenage boy working there was openly talking to his friends and yelling and joking with them across the restaurant. It was a group of 3 sitting at the high tables of some kind of sports teammates and they were being rowdy and playing loud music and sounds from their phones. When I asked one of the other employees to please ask them to turn it off, he ignored me, and played the restaurant music even louder! Extremely unprofessional, and I know he is young but it is extremely unprofessional to be talking and cussing with you friends when you're supposed to be working and ignoring customers. Pretty much the whole crew seemed like they didn’t really care. The food was soggy and the fajitas looked like they were sitting there all day. The most dull I’ve ever seen a chipotle serve them. If I had known I’d be stepping into such a rowdy and unnecessarily loud atmosphere, I wouldn’t have gone. Never going back when closing shift is there, at the very least they need to be coached and told there friends can’t distract them when working.

We ate here a few days ago and it’ll probably be my last time because I can’t allow my kids to eat in a place that is that filthy. our orders are almost never right. It’s really disappointing because we do love Chipotle this location just can’t seem to get it right.
