Every single time I come here it doesn’t matter if there is not a single person in the drive thru I wait 15-20 mins for my order, I just had to wait 20 minutes for two orders of hash browns and an order of bacon due to lack of staff apparently, I had to pull over and stand in 90 degree weather with my screaming baby, I don’t care if this was the last dunkin on earth I will never stop here again, maybe the manager should stop being cheap and pay more staff.

I order the same drink every morning and sometimes it’s spot on but the majority of the time it’s not or I’m given the complete wrong order. This is usually after waiting about 15-20mins to get through the drive thru. This location is like a revolving door with employees. At one point y’all had a really decent crew in there who were very efficient and got things correct. Now it’s like a guessing game of whether my coffee will taste good or terrible.
