  I go to this dunkin often as it is right by my house. the lady who works at the window most mornings is one of the rudest people i’ve ever met. I went with my friend the other day and I ordered at the drive through. after i ordered i also said we were picking up a mobile order for her. we get to the window and she hands me my food and drink and walks away. we sat there for a few seconds before she opened up the window again and said “why are you still here”. so incredibly rude and unprofessional. there have also been several instances where they forget some of my order and she seemed very annoyed when i ask for it. most of the other people who work at the window are very kind but this woman is the worst and genuinely should not be working at the drive thru

  When the Indians took my order everything was fine now there seems to be a new crew that continue to screw ups my order at every visit. I ordered a meal and ask for the same one in ice coffee. I was given one meal with two hot coffee. The person at the window just wanted me to pull away, said that the person only ring me up for what I had which is not my fault. They told me to pull around and they gave me my second meal, but the sandwiches were wrong.

  I visited this Dunkin’ location at 400 Privet Rd in Horsham, PA yesterday to purchase a gift card, but I was incorrectly charged for additional items (a bottle of water and donuts) that I did not order. I called the store, and the cashier was polite and asked me to return the next day for a refund. When I came back today, the manager handled the situation very poorly. He repeatedly asked about the card details, then walked away multiple times to prepare other orders, leaving me waiting without any clear communication. I explained that I was in a hurry and needed to get to work, but instead of apologizing, he told me to “stop being nasty.” This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I came back only to fix a mistake made by the store, and I did not expect to be treated this way. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures better customer service in the future.

  So far in the afternoon I have come here three times, and coffee is made the same each time. This is my new fav dunks.

  The Indian lady is so ignorant and rude. She has an evil face. The service was bad . She finally gave my step daughter her coffee but no donut that she ordered, so we waited like 10 mins then I finally said something the Indian lady very rudely saying I am getting it now! I mean we were only waiting for 10 minutes patiently. I dont understand why she couldn't just complete the order when she made the coffee
